Horrible service my husband and I waited for a table for more than an hour to tell us that they did not put their number correctly and that we had to wait even longer after having asked them for a time saying that we were lying when an hour ago I had a margarita to wait for a table I do not recommend it they ruined my day

I ordered fried shrimp and fish with a baked potato. I received fried fish with French fries i had to ask for bread three or four times

Excellent food, great people. I love the seafood gumbo, and the shrimp & grits.
But best of all was my server at the bar!

They never dissapoint! Such great atmosphere and delicious food. We normally get the chopped salad which is phenomenal however it was special occasion so got the special grouper and baked crab cake. They also had fried oysters as a side which that is just what we wanted. Staff so pleasant and everyone so attentive. We drive from League City to this location and always worth it. The topping was a comped cheesecake for our 35th wedding anniversary. You can't beat that for service and hospitality

Best seafood (flounder) I have had in months. Green beans were great. Best house salad I have had in years. Great service.

I dined in at lunchtime today, and my waiter was Ledre. He was very attentive and brought great energy to my experience. Carrie, the lady training with him was very nice, and I see her being an exceptional waitress. I ordered the House salad (One of my favorites), along with the stuffed crab, chicken tenderloins, fries, and shrimp. My hot food was cooked to perfection and my salad was perfect.
The Hostesses were very friendly as well. This was my first time at this location, but I don’t plan on it being my last!

Not all Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchens are created equal. But this one on I-10 West near the Beltway is in a league of it's own! Aesthetically beautiful, great menu and exceptional service! A fine dining experience! Highly recommend this location!

Weather you live in Houston or just visiting, we all know Pappadeaux is a must! Amazing service, even better food, and a great taste of souther hospitality!

Best salmon I’ve ever had! Prior to this experience, I don’t think I ever had cooked salmon that wasn’t tasteless and dry. Pappadeaux’s chopped salad with salmon was absolute moist, flavorful and delish. The atmosphere was classy but slightly loud as it is a busy place for good reason. The service was just as classy. Highly recommend

Our server Deseree was awesome. Yall tell her Lynette says hi. OH and Red Beans and Rice a must.

The food is so great, strong flavors (part of the Louisiana recipes). A bit expensive but expected from these kind of places

Not many restaurants excel medium rare seafood just to my taste. I had Grilled Salmon and Jumbo Crab meal which was super creamy and rich, and the Spring Fling cocktail spiced up the whole meal to another level

First time we had bad service at Pappadeaux. Usually, there's a young black female manager who is very professional, and we see her resolve issues fast and promptly. That day, we had a bald headed guy. He's just not personable. He tries, but that's just it. He looks and acts like he's trying, and it doesn't come across well. So we left being $157.00 lighter for poor service. I'm hoping someone can advise me on a place where the food is just as good as Pappadeaux, but service is impeccable! I'm giving Pappadeaux a break for a while.

One of the ONLY places I've eaten where a steak was flavorful ALL the way through. Man this place is phenomenal! Great, great tasting food. You can trust this review because I'm a huge foodie!

My only complaint is that it is too loud at all of them, have to shout to hear each other. I little insulation would do wonders.
Food is always on point and service us very good. Would like to see some other veggies on the menu and bring back the onion rings. Seafood is always fresh and delicious

I love Pappadeaux's. Our server was awesome (I think his name was Mark)! I thought it was only going to be a small family gathering, but it doubled in size. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious! Our family had a wonderful and memorable time.

So, I went here based on a recommendation from a client. It is pricey for most people; however, the food was perfect! I had the blackened catfish with red beans and rice and it was the best catfish I have ever had! Red beans and rice was great and to top it off, the service was impeccable! You definitely get what you pay for here. Staff is well trained and I will be going back!

Food really is average not much seasoning at least not what I would expect for how expensive it is. Just very basic food

Excellent food, drinks & service. Thank you to the manager L’Orèal for her excellent hospitality and professionalism when handling issues. She’d be beneficial in training others especially those in leadership that don’t belong!
