Very good excellent food wait staff is very friendly I highly recommend this place to eat a little pricey but worth it

This location here has WINGS, YUMMY! OMG, soo good mouthwatering. They have 2 flavors and come in 12 or 24, not mentioning their great salads and barbecue! They have breakfast too and those tacos are legeit good!

Lunch was perfect. Good portions of well cooked food. Inside dining in accordance with CDC guidelines. Very good experience.

Overpriced. We only go if they have their all you can eat ribs special. Other than that.too expensive for what you get.

I loved their food. Their food was delicious but I hated their customer service. Some of them were rude and etc.

The cashier came to collect my payment in the drive through and asked if i had chicken and ribs, i said yes, so when she took my payment and gave me the receipt and i looked at it, it was the wrong order. After bringing it to her attention she got an attitude and as my card was credited and recharged by assuming a lead on the shift. So the cashier gave me a bag of food and i asked her if it was the the right order, she closes the window in my face and turns her back to the window. And she got cussed out! I asked another person prepairing the orders to get the manager. The manager comes to the window to calm me down and tells me they care about their employees and the cashier gets back in the window to argue with me and she got cussed out again. I was very professional up unto that point. That was very disrespectful and I will never spend another penny with Pappas' BBQ if thats how they treat their customers that pays THEIR SALARY!

Really good.servings really good not like they're selling food but like WE ARE PAYING for our food.good portions.

This location is one of my favorites. All of the food is so good! Ribs and chicken are yummy! Brisket is good too.

To go lady at register acted like it was a problem to take our order and put it together. The more questions we asked the more annoyed she got. And not correct on their menu they have doubled since covid you would think they would be helpful and keep them the same. My husband and I can't eat there without spending $30 easily without drinks. I love the Pappa's experience this one needs to get it in order literally.

Love the chef salad with Turkey. The portions is always too much for me to finish. The salad is good for 2 people to share.

The hamburger wasn't anything special which is a disappointment. They used to be better. The place also seems very disorganized.

I'm noticing a decline in the Pappas restaurants. This is a shame because you were always guaranteed great food and service at any of their great restaurants. Now they are just an overpriced place that serve food.

Delicious brisket. Friendly atmosphere and family friendly. The French fries are delicious as well. You won't be disappointed here.

Always good can't go wrong with this bbq place, everything is good can't give it 5 star because nothing and no one is perfect.

I had a salad and it was good, but the price was to high for the product. Service was average. The facility was clean and I had a pleasant dining experience, but everything totaled out to just average.

Ok BBQ, I had the ribs and pulled pork. Both a bit dry but the rub in the ribs was good. Really bad beer selection. Good choice of sides and good value for money. Overall just ok.

Food was good. Not the best barbecue ever but good. Customer service was just ok and the place could have turned the heat on. It was 40°outside and freezing inside the restaurant as well. The place is busy during lunch and each time the doors open a gust iof cold air would enter. Place was clean.

I was somewhat disappointed on this visit. I got the beef trio platter and the brisket was dry, my ribs were tough and the side of yams were basically raw. The green beans were teriffuc tho

Me and my friend were on our way to Chick-fil-A and we smoke BBQ across the freeway and we just looked at each other and went back to the car and drove to Papa's and it was so good walking in the decorations it smelt like heaven in there I always get the brisket baked potato with everything on it with my pickles on the side and it is good the rice jambalaya things that they have is a one there mac and cheese the cheese has a little running for me I'm more like my Mac and Cheese to be a little bit more rich and creamy but it was still good no complaints except for the price for like two baked potatoes and like three sides and two drinks but I get it it's good barbecue.

Average BBQ food though price seems reasonable. Service was prompt. Self service type of restaurant but you don't have to wait long for your food. Good for folks who want an average and quick BBQ food.

Had a large party of 25 people.on Sunday nite at 600pm they ran out of of chicken and turkey and a lot of sides. Unexcusable. Never when to a papas restaurant where they ran out of food at prime time. And I was at the front of the line in my party. Terrible
