They don’t even deserve a Star. I ordered a burger because I was craving it. Sadly I never received my burger. They tried to tell me that I had already received my order and expected me to pay for something I never received. Come to find out that they gave my order to another customer. My family had all eaten their food. One lady had said she would just refund my money for the inconvenience and still place my order for a burger. Manager came later and said he could not give me a refund on the burger I never received. Very bad communication at this location. Not a happy customer.

I had the baked potato and rib with sausage plate. The potato was okay. I really liked the ribs. Ohhhh, the mac and cheese was creamy and good.

Great food, but check your to go order before you leave. Lines are long and do not move well. Parking lot is too small to handle the volume.

Barely edible. If you like your BBQ sauce full of corn syrup and your meat tough and stuck to the bone, then this is the place for you.

Good BBQ. I ordered curbside pickup and waited less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff brought my order, no mistakes. Not a fan of the amount of meat for the $$. IMO there are better value choices.

This shopping center is very close to my home and has a lot of wonderful things in it. The best of which is El Rancho restaurant.

Good was good, again, but I did feel a bit disappointed. This trip I didn't get a mix of lean and moist brisket, just lean (and a bit dry). Do better please, because I like coming here.

Disappointed. First and last visit. Did not like the meat did not like the sauces. Friendly staff but Dirty Dining Room. No help score posted.

Today we had lunch here, they were out of ham and pork ribs for a mixed order. I then had to change my meat from a mixed plate to a 2 meat combo. Two beef ribs and sliced brisket, baked potato and a drink cost $32.90 I question cashier she said yes that what it is. My husband wouldn’t let me complain telling me things are high. Got to our table these dinosaur ribs were so tough you couldn’t get a bite. Not to make a fuss we brought them home this was the worst ever I had eaten there and we go every weekend. Cost and then tough it’s time to put them down. Can’t eat there again this was so sad.

Not going to lie, but the prices at papa bbq is outrageous! A big price difference between a average 3-4 star rating mom & pop bbq joint and a corporate establishment. Other than that, same o self service as any other bbq restaurant

I ordered a jumbo sized Beef brisket with extra BBQ sauce and Texas toast. All I got was a few thin slivers of meat, one piece of white bread, and one tiny dipping sauce sized container of sauce. This was barely enough to feed one person let alone the 3 people I was getting this for.
If they mixed up my order with someone else's then that's fine but if this is what they consider "Jumbo sized" then it isn't worth the $25 price.
You are better off cooking your own BBQ or choosing a diff local BBQ place and not this corporate franchise.
The only reason this is 2 Stars is because the service was excellent and the Online Ordering system was quick and easy, the food is just not worth the high price.

Very friendly and they have a new lady in the kitchen and she made my potatoes great. I hope she stays.

Sorry I don't have any photos it was just so good. Had a combination plate came with a few slices of awesome ham, smoked sausage brisket and some ribs for the price it was enough food for 2 people and it came with 2 sides of choice. Thank you Pappas I will come again most likely next week since I am staying at the Hotel Ylem also to the management or owner Hotel Ylem referred me to your establishment as they did many different people who have come from this hotel to eat at your fine establishment just thought I would throw that out there. Maybe you can bring by some menus for them to hand there guest. Next time I come in I'm getting some catfish yummy.

Rude cashiers, line didn’t know their own product. Very expensive for barbecue that wasn’t that great. Will not be returning.

We are done with wasting our money at this location. 70% of the time its really good, However we keep getting bad meat.sometimes ribs are great and sometimes tough. Brisket is great but inconsistent.sometimes its lean and dry and sometimes they give us pure fat.now they are down to 50% of the time we have a wonderful meal or bad meal. Tired of gambling our money away with this store as you can see there ratings keep dropping.

Check your order, if you're getting take out or drive thru. The brisket is always good. I prefer the baby back ribs and the sausage is ok. You have to try the cantaloupe drink. It is sweet but so delicious. Overall it's a good place to go for some Texas barbecue.

Friendly customer service. Food was great however my chopped beef brisket baked potato had a lot of fat in it instead of actual beef. This was sadly disappointing. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this but having to constantly spit out the fat was a bit displeasing.

The dinner was not good.dint get what I order. Got home and it was wrong. This is the second time
