Food is always amazing can not complain on the food but their sodas are always watered down. Each time I come in soda disappoints my meal slightly. They might need to take a look at their machine.

Great service as usual. Consistently good food, great for when you don't want to take a risk. Margaritas are great of course.

Still not a fan of the smoked salsa. Doesn't taste good to me at all. The green creamy salsa that cost extra is great. Highly recommend.

If only they could make that available instead, even if it were a watered down cheaper version it would still be better than the current salsa.

On Dec. 19,2021 my boyfriend and I stopped in to grab a bite and have a Margarita after Christmas shopping.they were not really busy as half of the restaurant was empty. Our server Matt was at first really nice. My boyfriend asked if they could make a chimichanga as he had ordered it before, and did not see it on the menu. We were told yes no problem and then I ordered quesadillas.
Our order soon came out and was brought to us by another waiter. As he was about to hand our plates to us, he had a strange look on his face as he asked. "Who ordered the chimichanga? " I asked why? Is there a problem? He then informed not to order it again because it is no longer on the menu and it takes far to much prep for the kitchen to make. I asked if the kitchen manager had been angry? I told him that we asked a question.had we been told it could not be done we would have made another selection. He proceeded to scold us and explain that they get busy and it takes alot of extra prep to make it. As he stood there.the young man was constantly wiping his nose with his bare fingers. I'm sure he wasn't even aware of this gesture but he did it several times and then picked up our plates of food. We are coming out of a pandemic.
The a manager came by and brought up the fact that we ordered off menu. And yet another manager once more came by to let us know of the inconvenience. We were told that we should feel special because the answer is usually no.

Needless to say we did not feel special at all. As a matter of fact we felt scolded and embarrassed that we even stopped there. Our bill came to 77 dollars for a chimichanga and a quesadilla and 2 Margaritas.
I needed to get a gift card for a secret Santa gift.
To make matters worse.the next day I saw on my account that the waiter charged me for everything and not my boyfriends card for the dinner.called to speak with the General Manager Yesenia.but was told she was in a meeting and would return my call. Pappas your service has gone way down hill but your prices sure have gone up. I will contest all charges to my card. This is the worst I have ever encountered

First time here. Made reservation for 715p, got there 710, told us we needed to wait. Got table 735. Our waitress was attentive and order was right. I got the shrimp diablo rice and a frozen Margarita. Shrimp seemed overdone and not so hot. Service was excellent. Pricey for quality.

Well seasoned solid southwestern style foods ranging from traditional tacos to mixed grills. Prices are high but the food is flavorful.

Great food for takeout, only problem was it was not what I ordered. Ordered beef fajitas and got home to find chicken. Still tasty though.

Went for a business party. The staff is incredible and hard working. The food is delicious. The only thing I'd stay away from is the shrimp/prawns. Smelled fishy and very strongly of ammonia. The beef and chicken were just and soft. Will definitely be coming back

Been coming here for years its always been good but the last 5 times I have been here the food was so salty i couldn't eat it. Service was good. Won't be back until they find a chief who doesn't go crazy with a salt shaker.

While visiting family, we stopped in for curbside pickup. The online ordering process was simple and efficient. After ordering, you receive a text to confirm. When you arrive you reply to the confirmation text with your parking spot. The food was expensive, but the portions are huge, and everything was delicious. The kids quesadilla meal was enough for two kids, the chicken taco meal and salad were delicious. The queso blanco was very good and spicier than expected.

Both times I've been to this particular Pappasitos I've had raw chicken and shrimp. A third time was another location. Being colorblind, I don't find out until after I've eaten some and someone else points it out. This will probably be the third time I will get sick after eating raw food from Pappasitos. I sincerely hate this chain, and will never visit them again.

Nice, courteous staff. They were fast And attentive, the actual property was huge. Many parking spots, but nevertheless, the wait was 45 minutes on a Wed night which was strange. The grilled fajita plates were delicious. My favorite were the ribs

Was told the wait for our table would be 5 to 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes before asking the hostess about it. When we were being seated, we saw at least 15 tables empty and clean. The food and the service was good though. We'll be back to give it another chance

Absolutely fantastic! I recommend making a reservation, at least on a Friday night. Chicken tortilla soup was top, along with the jumbo shrimp diablo! Our server, Maegan, was absolutely terrific! Five stars guys! Thank you!

Food was delicious. Beef fajitas and diablo shrimp.
We had a bit of a rough start because we got seated in a private room reserved next to a very very large family having a very emotional event. It was rather awkward and then our food got knocked off a tray.
However, despite that, our server Rachel was amazing. She was attentive and sweet. The manager was super attentive and wonderful as well. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that our experience was not ruined and it turned out to be excellent.
Will be back of course!
Seriously get some Diablo shrimp!

Loved the food excellent service always refilling my Dr pepper. The fajita combos were amazing. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

We were a party of 5 and spent well over $175. A member of our party asked for cheese and sour cream they told us it would be an extra charge. That was absolutely ridiculous, we've been to Lupe tortilla, Gringos Cantina, and Chuys none of them ever charge extra for cheese or sour cream. It was our friend's birthday and she wanted to go there, if it wasn't for her we would have NEVER gone there.

He a remarkable Sunday lunch. Was not very busy this Sunday for some reason but was glad, got a seat fast, food was served hot and served with 25 minutes. Service was good and attentive.
