Food was well prepared. Staff courteous, efficient, and professional. The place is always clean.

Our server Ricky Ricardo was very efficient and helpful. He helped us make good selections on cocktails, entrees and desert! The manager came by to check on us (we had a big group) and he was also very nice.

Normally this place is great but we arrived at 4: 30 and it took until 5: 30 to get our food. With two small children, the lack of any urgency on the part of the staff was frustrating. We also tried to do the birthday song for a member of our party and were told it would be 5-7 minutes before they’d come out. 20 minutes later we were still waiting and the children were completely over it so we had to leave. Won’t be returning until the restaurant hires enough staff to actually make things run promptly.

This was a great dinning experience for me. The food was amazing. Our server Luis was very friendly and attentive.

You know this place would be a good place to be at if management would treat their staff with some respect. It’s a sad day when you happen to talk to a staff member and I talked to a couple of them and apparently management here is greedy and cut all of their hours and apparently all of their staff is struggling to even support their families. Apparently they were told by higher management they’re not supposed to care on what their staff needs or wants. It’s a sad day when this place makes millions a year and can’t afford to treat their employees with some gratitude. These employees have been with this company for years and years and now when things get real rough for their staff they decide hit them when they’re down. Food is great here but I can think of so many other places that actually deserve to get the business they get. At least other places value their employees and not just the more money they can pocket. If you look at their prices for the food they serve; I’m sure so many people can agree they can afford to at least give their employees the money they have always given them; not to mention they really don’t wanna pay more money. They really should do better and be better.

Really love pappasitos. Usually, it was a great experience, but it was just okay this pastime. Made a reservation for 1230pm but did not get sat at a table until closer to 1pm. The server was new, so there were some delays, but it was no issue. We just felt we had to rush because one of us had to go to the airport and we were sat much later than our reservation time and we had slightly slower service. Food was still terrific and exactly what my party wanted before they had to leave SA

One of our favorites. Consistently excellent, every time we visit. Papadeaux is also on par with Papasito's. Always excellent service and the food is ALWAYS phenomenal. Highly recommended. You can't go wrong with any of the Papas restaurants.

We waited at the bar 10 minutes. Our table was clean. Our drinks were cold served promptly. We had ceviche and it was spot on delicious. We had 2 crispy beef tacos. They are about 10 inches long? Really great. I highly recommend them.

You know from the outside looking in it seems like a tourist trap. Big Mexican Food chain with lots of color and a huge bar. But I was so wrong, Papasitos food was well prepared, served in huge shareable servings and tasted great. We had the nights special, beef fajitas and shrimp. The shrimps were large and the beef Fajitas were tender and well seasoned. The restaurant looks bigger from the outside, so we had an hour wait on a Saturday night that just mentioned we were able to sample drinks for the review. I had a great michalada with a Dos XX, a frozen Magarita, and a Wave Magarita (Sangria and Magarita mix) all were excellent. The music was playing and the atmosphere was great. Parasites could not be blamed for the heat but they did have shade and large fans outside as we sat and enjoyed our drinks.

If you haven't had their fajitas, you don't know what fajitas are. Their steak meat is of the highest quality, served medium rare. It is so luscious, you don't want to put anything else in that tortilla. It is pricey, but that's what Wednesday night half-price faiita night is for (if you don't mind the insane crowds).

Food was great along with the service. Was just a bit confused about my plate being very hot and the chicken fajita tacos were cold. The price was fair so expect to pay $20+ a plate. Yes there are a few under $20, like enchiladas at $18.95. Overall, great.

If I could give a higher rating, I would! The food was exceptional, as always! I travel frequently, and the highlight of my visit is always when I find a Pappsito's nearby! Brian, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure our service was unforgettable! The food was great and served quickly. The restaurant was busy on the day we were there, so I expected a wait to be seated, then served, but there was none. Brian also made sure our drinks never got more than half empty, which is super important to me, especially at a Mexican restaurant where I am eating spicy food. I highly recommend and will be back!

Went with a buddy who's been trying to get me to go for a while and this place is awesome. Spent $115 for two people and a flight of margaritas, but it was well worth it. The fajita steak was the most tender steak I've ever come across in a restaurant in a while. Great place, I'll definitely be going back.

The only reason I gave this place 1 start for service is because of the reservation. My waiter was good despite the time I was made to wait. I had a friend in from New Jersey and he wanted to go to Pappasitos for dinner after I told him I felt they had some of the best fajitas in town. I made a reservation online for 730 for my group of friends and was happy to get a confirmation. About 30 minutes before my reservation time I get a reminder and start to make my way to pappasitos. When I arrive about 725 the hostess tell me "you know your time starts at 730 you do know that" I ask for clarification and she tell me that the 730 reservation means that when they will look to get me a table and it should take about 10 to 15 mi minutes. Needless to say it took about 30 minutes to get my table and I couldn't help but feel that reservation was useless. I never heard of any place having this policy when making a reservation. I hope Papasitos takes down the reservation option or changes the policy. Pappasitos management Please to better with your reservation protocol.

The food is typically tex-mex you be prepared for waiting or you can make reservations, need more waiters to many people for no in off waiters. I'm enjoy the fajitas.

It was an ok experience until the waitress blamed my food on the grill coming out 20 minutes after my wife and friends food arrived. Funny thing is my wife's friend ordered fajitas to go and was still able to get those before my food (we ordered the same thing).

Also charged me full price on the lunch hour pricing. Not impressed with the service or abundant amount of excuses we were fed. Won't be returning.
