Catered party. Food was great and flavorful. Great service. Good drinks. Been here several times.

The food is so good it's crowded all the time so but when you're there you will enjoy the food and the drinks from what I heard are great.

Service was not that great.the waitress was friendly but lacked the basics of the attentive part of service.

I've been to this location many times as it's closest to where I live. It's always a 50 50 gamble on the kind of service we will get. The servers are always friendly but some are very incompetent and forgetful. The service is very slow. The managers always appear to be "proactive" coming to explain the delay of food and drink orders without our asking to see them, but it's really just a front as nothing really gets done properly.

Our food was 90% gone and 2 people of our party of four were already finished after an hour of dining when the manager came to ask us if we still wanted our missing drinks.which were just frozen margaritas. The place wasn't very busy either so perhaps the bartender was having an off night as our server noted that the manager had to step in to make the drinks.

There are no Pappasito's Cantina where we live. So, every time we come to Heaven, that is a mandatory stop, at least twice a year. And then there's this last time.tortillas are not as fluffy as they used to be. The Queso Fundido now has lots of onions, mushrooms, and green peppers.fillers, I guess. And the fajita. I guess it's an onion fajita with some beef and shrimp. It was still a decent meal. But $40 for an onion fajita.this could have been the last time.

Showed up with a large crowd of 25+ no reservation. Restaurant handled it beautifully. Food was excellent, service was great.

Absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that the table is way too small for 4 people, but it doesn't take away from the rating!

The worse salsa taste like nothing I should have known that the soup wouldn't be any better. Sopa w/ chick & avo bowl was a mess I'm not sure who they are expecting to eat those large portions of veggies with dry chunks of white chicken. Soup wasn't hot very bland sent it back twice. Manager offered me something else but I only came for soup because my throat a bit sore. That soup was too much work! That was my first and last time going. And to think I went at 11am everything would be boiling hot. Never again I'll stick to pappadeaux.

Didn't get a chance to order, as we weren't acknowledged. Once we did catch someone, we decided to go ahead and leave.

This was a great place for Mexican eats. The food was fresh and tasteful. The drinks are pretty strong and the salsa with chips is a fresh starter to your taste buds. I really enjoyed the atmosphere we sat outside and enjoyed the weather (it was hot) but the fans were blowing.

The lighting in the space was great the amount of seating was awesome outside is stupendous a nice place to gather

The food was mediocre. I had to season with hot salsa to improve taste. The service was good, as was the atmosphere.

This place is waaaaay overpriced. You can go to a great mom and pop place and pay 1/4 of what we paid. Come on $15 for 1 taco smh never again

Went for a work lunch. The tables are very small & the dining room is very packed with tables. You can tell they're trying to pack in a many ppl as possible, but it's uncomfortable for the customer. Food is ok for the area, our server was great though!

Veggie quesadillas and double black vegetarian beans.
Quesadillas were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside tons of cheese and chopped veggies on the inside. Big enough for two modest meals. Chips tasted fresh and light.
Black beans could have been warmer but otherwise perfect meal and nice humble server.

Celebration of 40 years. Add from advertising 40-years 40- fajitas for $40.00. Two plates of fajitas $126.00
Chicken and beef with tips. Five of us in party with reservations. False Advertising. No Celebration. Advertising in local newspapers. Location Astrodome area. Waitress had no idea.

Another, wonderful time at Pappasito's #13. We stopped in for lunch in laster in September. We asked for Carla again, but she was hosting for a large party. We got a young lady in the area we like to sit. This is young was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful in assisting us on drinks etc. Later, after ordering our meal and drinks we ask her about this person we like and each time we come to this Papisto's. We wanted to say hi to Carla. We discover this VERY GOOD WAITRESS is Carla daughter, Anahi. "As they say "THE FRUIT DON'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE. " We smiled and laugh about getting another GREAT person to serve us. Anahi was a repeat of her mother Carla. She was just a nice, polite and knowledgeable you with the menu and assisting! So, again you, the restaurant got some of the most friendly and GREAT waitress taking GOOD CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. NOW, we have TWO GOOD CHOICES to have serve us when we are in Dallas. Yay, Carla and Anahi. Keep up the good work.
