Old men to celebrate my son's birthday and we had a great time, the impeccable attention, the delicious food and the service was very fast

• Atmosphere: my personal opinion is that the tables are just too close together. If you can sit in the back room, do that. They are group tables but much more space is between them. The place is beautiful and it is fun to see them making tortillas.
• Service: this can vary depending on how busy they are and who the waiter is. We have had both excellent experiences and disappointing ones so be prepared either way.
• Food: The beef fajitas are a standout here. I have never been disappointed by the quality, quantity, flavor or tenderness. The rice and beans are standard and nothing special. The cheese dip is very good. The lunch portions are a perfect size and should be considered to save you some money.
• Price: very expensive, be prepared to spend lots of money
• Overall this is hands down the best fajitas in town

Good food, good service and convenient location. You can't go wrong with almost any dishes here. They've maintained their quality and consistency over many years. Portion sizes are quite big even for lunch portions.

No one can say anything about this place that isn't positive. Portions are huge so you always have leftovers. Very good and very consistent TEX MEX food. It isn't Mexican food.it's Tex-Mex.

We had such an enjoyable experience with Celeste as our waitress. It was our first time trying Pappasito's as we are new to the city, and she made our experience memorable. She was patient and explained to us the menu items really well. The food was delicious and we even had leftovers for the next day! But honestly, it was Celeste's amazing service that made the whole experience unforgettable. We had never been to Pappasito's, but thanks to her, we will definitely be back!

The food was very bland, the chips tasted funky as well as the hot sauce that came with the chips.

I’ve always liked coming here, but it had been a while since we went on Friday. Sat at the bar - good service and bartender/server was very nice. Just my husband and I. The issue came when we ordered the fajitas for two. $40 not bad, not a huge portion but ok. THREE TORTILLAS. And we’re talking the taco sized ones not the big ones we’re used to for fajitas. Fine, asked for more and got three more. Whatever. No cheese came with the fajitas. Thought that was standard. Asked the kind server for cheese, he asked if we wanted sour cream too. Sure! When we got the bill we noticed we got CHARGED for freaking shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Like $5? !? !? ! I thought that would be a standard side to come with fajitas. We mentioned it at the end to our server and he politely told us we could sub it for the pico next time. I don’t get it. I know times are hard but why nickel and dime your customers?

Anyway, I’ll stick to Lupe tortilla. They give more food, taste better and give you heaps of handmade tortillas with the fajitas which come with sour cream and cheese. Do better.

The food was good, but not significantly better than other places to justify the steep prices.

I got recommended to try this place several times so I gave it a go. Initially we made a timely reservation but apparently at the wrong location. So we showed up to the one we wanted and had to sit at a table close to the door because it was so packed. We had drinks and chips and salsa. My sister had a steak fajita and I had shrimp tacos. I immediately got sick and the band playing live music from table to table did not help. The food had an alright taste but did not impress me based on the reviews I’ve heard.

Really loud, service staff on point. Food, ehh.over priced for a ok meal.kinda disappointed.

Even with a full parking lot there's always seating available. Customer service is perfect. Destiny was very fun and entertaining enjoyed her. Lam meat was delicious and the presentation was great.

Pappasitos is basically your average Houston tex-mex place. The food is good, not outstanding, the margaritas are good, and the tortillas are fresh - they do not come from a package. It's fun watching the tortillas machine churn out the tortillas. The place is always packed because the prices are fair, but it means the service can be a bit slow too and parking can be hard to get.

This Pappasito's stood head and shoulders over the others we've eaten at lately. The ribs and fajitas were perfect and our server Rib was on point. Great Job!

Wednesday seems to be a very popular day due to "Fajita Wednesday". The fajitas were great. I understand the crowd because of the quality and great price. Would recommend avoiding the tortilla soup.
