Arlene is an awesome server. You should come out to the Lombardy location in Dallas, Tx.and ask for her. Arlene is a very attentive server, my glass stayed full she came back to check on us several times while attending to her other customers. I noticed her being attentive to another customer who had a crying baby and she made sure that the parents for was hot while they were attending to there 3 months old baby. Arlene you are awesome I will return.

Customer service was terrific! We were checked on by all the staff throughout our entire meal!

This is the 2nd time this location has screwed us over on reservations. We had reservations for 12 for my wife’s birthday. She spoke to 5 different people including the GM. And once again, we show up at 7pm and they tell us it’s going to be 9pm. Incompetent. Horrible customer service. We will never go here again.

Apart of the Papps Restaurant chain. Came for a birthday dinner was seated quickly. Service was good and our server was attentive for the place being packed. Food is typical Tex-mex and they make homemade tortillas in house. Recommend the quesadillas and chicken enchiladas. Suggestion would be to not have the tortillas maker next to the bathrooms.

One of the best TexMex restaurants in the area. Great service and atmosphere, it’s always an enjoyable experience.

Huge plates so go hungry, even at lunch. Our server was great. He was there refilling drinks, refilling the chips and salsa, whatever we needed. The quesadillas had a great blend of flavors, nothing overpowering. Our guests split a meal and the kitchen provided an extra rice and beans. It was a great lunch

ONE OF MY TOP 5 FAVORITE TX RESTAURANTS I love the crunchy taco so much! It's like a gourmet version of your at home crunchy taco kit, and the strawberry margaritas are the best treat. First stop every time I'm in Dallas! (Airport or otherwise)

Had a great experience at Pappasito’s cantina. Our server Edgar always takes care of us and makes the dining service exceptional. Always look forward to coming on Wednesdays for the beef fajitas!

Delicious food. Great service from Jesus! Jesus was so busy but had such a great attitude and was happy and fun the whole time. I'll be back a lot because of him.

At first the service was a little slow. But it improved over the course of our meal. They were a little busy. The Fajitas were excellent!

Never disappointed. Papasitas is always consistent with their food. Servers are very friendly and I especially like Arlene with her positive attitude and knowledge of the menu a plus.

Little on the pricey side margaritas where way over priced but the older gentleman was awesome the waiter I'm very impressed with his attentiveness.
