Parachute - Plasma Donation Center, Seguin TX

Love this place never no wait they are very friendly they make you comfortable they are ppl you can talk to they hear you out they joke and have you laughing with you all the ladies all are very nice good places to go to donate and gentleness and kind thank you for the great service and experience.

Absolutely the worst place they are ruff and they want let you donate more plasma when the bruise is not visible I don't recommend

They sent me home just because my lease agreement hand written, then when I went back with other documents proving my address they proceed to tell me it needs to be dated within 60 days of the current date. 0/10 never go here if you don't have any current mail you're better off going to BioLife.

I use to donate at biolife in universal city and the things I like about parachute is the drive it's so close to home I love it; another thing I love about parachute is the staff, Chris is really funny and he's cool we talk about outside stuff and he is one of the best people to talk with, then their Madeline who is really funny and is my best friend at the facility, she always makes me laugh and we always have a good time. I'm glad to be a parachute donor

This place is amazing. Better than any of the other place I have donated at. Stephanie, Angelica, Mady, Danielle, Amy I could name more but they are absolutely amazing people I love come here an I will continue to come back

This is an amazing donation center and the staff is super friendly and professional. I've been donating since they opened in June and have always had a positive experience. I would recommend to anyone looking to donate plasma in the Seguin and surrounding area.

I've donated plasma at various places places, but this center is my favorite place by far. It's staffed with many friendly faces that makes going that much easier. The pre health screen is efficient, usually headed by Chris, happy to share a story or two to make you feel more welcome. After the screen and heading to the floor to donate, you whisked back to your throne with a cubby by a caring and trustworthy team, usually with Angelica, Stephanie, Maddie, and Daijah. I've donated now for a month and never had an unpleasant experience. The machines are fast and help make the process completely comfortable. I would invite anyone to come here and donate. You won't regret any of the decision.

I love coming here staff great Chris is always so cheerful and we always laugh about things. Also ladies in back Madeline and Angelica and Stephanie. All staff gr8 management does gr8 job Cody has good people stay here true heros.

I love coming here, always greeted when I walk in. They even remember my name, conversation is so easy. Everyone is so kind, and if you get Angela or Stephanie to stick you, you won’t even feel it. Chris is great to talk with while processing. I’m a huge talker so it’s nice that I can come in not feel the pressure of other places to just go through quiet. 10/10 recommend than any other plasma place. I will always come here. I’m still working on names, so I know I missed a few out but I’m so thankful for them all. I feel so comfortable here.

I can't say enough positive things about this place. Very comfortable people friendly establishment. Big shout out to Chris upfront and ALL the wonderful phlebotomy Ladies in the back. What a great job they are doing.
