Paradise Builders Siding and Window Replacement LLC, Amarillo TX

My company hired Paradise Builders to do some soffit repair, painting, and gutter work for one of our customers. They did an excellent job, were on time, and had great communication.

After shopping around for windows, Paradise Builders gave me the best quote and the shortest install turnaround time. They were professional and went above and beyond to ensure a job well done! I highly recommend them!

After a little bit of a rough start, the owner and crew at Paradise Builders went above and beyond what they had to to make our siding job right. Brent and Colton were attentive, understanding, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. The R-panel on our home looks absolutely amazing and we could not be happier with the quality of work. They cleaned up the entire property daily and left it better than they found it. I would highly recommend Paradise Builders for all your siding and window needs.

The company was very professional, as was the installer. Am very pleased with the work that was done. I will use them in the future.

We got a quote on a 26x26 carport and they agreed to build it within 30-45 days which they did so I'm very happy about that. The carport looks great and hopefully will last us many years to come.

We hired Paradise Builders to replace our windows, doors, and soffit/fascia trim. Brent, Justin and their crews were fantastic every step of the way. You can tell everyone involved takes great pride in their work and does a fantastic job. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our house turned out and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

On 06/23/2020 we signed an agreement with Paradise Builders to install siding on our house and garage. Per the agreement the job would begin 45-60 days from the date the agreement was made. We were told the job would take 10-14 days once started. I contacted them on day 70 and was told that we were not even on the schedule yet. I called again at 90 days and Brent (the owner) advised that they would have someone over the next day to take the gutters and fascia off, so then we would be that much further ahead when they were ready to begin. I raised a concern about rain and not having gutters and Brent assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. It was an issue since they didn’t start the project for more than a month. They finally started the project on November 10th (day 141) after setting us back again because of “another customer’s job that needed to be taken care of”. I was again assured it would be between 10 and 14 days. On day 10, they pulled our team off because once again “another customer needed their job taken care of”. This was not communicated to us until the next day. When I called to let Brent know I was disappointed his response was to yell at me. He asked me multiple times “if I was happy that I called to give him grief” and “if I was happy with the result of my call”. The call ended with me saying, “I hope we can get this job finished before the end of the year”. Brent’s response was “just for that, we won’t be back to your house until the end of next week” and he hung up on me. They worked on Thanksgiving Day and then not again until the following Monday. I was told repeatedly “we will be done tomorrow”. On Friday December 4th Justin Lane (the salesman) was here to check on progress and assured me they would be done that day. He also started talking about final payment at that time. I told him I didn’t believe him, and I was right to doubt it because they were not done. They finally finished up on Saturday the 5th. The company then called twice a day every day trying to collect on the balance owed. We paid within a week. We have paid in full and the siding is done; however, this company does not deserve an A+ rating with the way they treat their customers. We were lied to repeatedly and made to feel small and insignificant more than once.

Edit: changing from vinyl to steel did set us back. Not quite 30 days, but even if it was that still means we started day 121.not day 60 as stated in our contract. It still took 27 days to complete a 14 day job. Mike was NOT Understanding, he was just more aware of how useless it is to talk to people who do not have a strong positive relationship with their customers. The appreciation here only goes one way. If you want a company that will lie to repeatedly and let you know how unimportant you are as a customer, I highly recommend this one. And with the response, knowing that he has unhappy customers, did anyone hear an apology?

Previous review was very negative, but company has since made the issue right, which was much appreciated. Mistakes can happened to anyone. I now recommend the company for their dedication to customer service.

Paradise Builders installed windows in my house and they did an excellent job. The crew that came and did the work was top notch and I have been extremely happy with the job that they did and the windows that they installed, they have greatly reduced my heating cost this past winter and they work just as they are supposed too. Would not be afraid to suggest them to my friends.
