This place is great Matt has helped me both times I have been in, he is always such a great help. Very knowledgeable about the products and what works best for my family and I.

Had an outstanding experience with Paradise Grills. The selection is beautiful and within my budget still had a variety of options. Every question I had was thoroughly answered and Matt had fantastic suggestions to add to my existing ideas. I had a great experience with them and wholeheartedly recommend them to all my friends and family

I was looking at a couple options and was getting frustrated until I came across paradise grills and this location was gorgeous! Couldn’t make my mind up on which I wanted but Amy helped find the perfect fit. Recommending to all of my neighbors when they come over for BBQ!

IT FALLS APART, THEY WON'T FIX IT, AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY! THIS ENTIRE COMPANY IS T. E. R. R. I. B. L. E!
I PAID $16,000 FOR THE ENTIRE UNIT. IT COST ME $2000 TO RUN ELECTRICITY TO IT, THEN I WAS QUOTED A COST OF $8,000 FOR WATER/SEWER. THEN THE TILES STARTED FALLING OFF, ONE REFRIG STOPPED WORKING, THE LED LIGHTS STOPPED WORKING, THE SUPPORT POLES ARE LEANING AND CRACKING THE MARBLE TOP, AND THE THATCH DISINTEGRATED IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. I BOUGHT A REPLACEMENT THATCH FOR $1,000 AND PARADISE GRILLS WOULD NOT INSTALL IT. EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED TO PAY THEM FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY WON'T ANSWER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE # (IN FLORIDA) AND THE STOREFRONT REFUSES ANY REPAIR REQUESTS. TRULY THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION I HAVE SUFFERED AND DO NOT BUY FROM PARADISE GRILLS!

Stopped in the beltway location and was greeted by Matt…. He was very knowledgeable and helped with our design to find exactly what we needed for our area! Great options and I’m able to save a good amount of money compared to the other quotes I have received. All the products in the store seemed well built and very nice looking! Nice, clean showroom! These outdoor kitchens are well constructed and beautiful …lots of options for the space I have on my back patio. I was greeted right of way and the gentleman who helped us was great!

Went in the other day and met with Darryl. Really nice showroom, he explained the grills and island options. We will definitely be coming back to complete our purchase once we get closer to our project completion
