I can’t say enough good things about the entire process of purchasing a beautiful GX8 from Paradise Grills! They are both professional and knowledgeable and leave you with a feeling of knowing you have exactly what you wanted.

Bought a grill because their sales rep told me the burner is moveable not not placed directly next to the grill. I asked repeatedly to confirm it and they said yes. When my grill was delivered it was exactly in the stock position and paradise grill refuses to have it fixed. I was sold a product on a lie and now im stuck with it.

Let me tell you about this company. Their sales team is impeccable! They can surely get you to buy, but once it comes to service, they’re trash.

We got this kitchen in July and have been having issues with the grill and burners. They just won’t light. Reaching out to Andrew at the Katy location and the sales team is useless as they don’t even know how to take the burners out to replace them.

I emailed the corporate office and it takes weeks just to send someone out. I explained to them I am a first time customer who haven’t even used their kitchen yet and it’s like pulling teeth with them. They finally sent out a crew who then advised they don’t mess with gas so get someone to unhook it and they’ll come back. They sounded genuine, even gave me their personal cell numbers, and now it’s been two days I’m trying to text them and nothing? Contact head office again and they’re telling me it’ll be two weeks to get someone to come out? What the hell man!

I’m very close to filing a claim against this company and blowing them up on all of social media because it’s totally unacceptable that I can’t use my kitchen when the Summer is coming to an end.

Very knowledgeable staff that really helped point out the quality and configurations of their offerings. The sales representative was not pushy, efficient, and had all the logistics figured out for delivery of the product. Highly recommend this business.

I recently had a great experience at the Richmond Paradise Grills. I've been there multiple times, and each time there was a new Rep. This was the first time the Rep Andre took time to explain their products, as well as help decide which was best for us. I've never purchased, but thanks to the experience Andre gave us, we decided to purchase this go round. If Andre is the example of Reps for all Paradise Grills, the company should always be in great shape. Thanks Andre!
