The workers are great here, but the owner likes to mouth off to the customers. I come for shellac and eyebrows. The lady who normally does my eyebrows was not available at the time I was finished. However Im very picky with people does my eyebrows. Everyone can’t do a good job, and messed up my eyebrows. So he told me I have to wait around 45 mins until she is done! He got life twisted. He recommended another eyebrow person, and I said what if she mess it up, he say I’m so sorry you still have to pay. Are you freaking kidding me! He tried to involve a customer in our conversation, and she said I’m not in that. Then tell me I have to wait or I can go to someone else. So I asked her does anyone does good eyebrows besides the lady I go to, and she recommended MiMi in which she did a fantastic job! I called back to ask who is the owner, because I feel his unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. The back an forth the condescending behavior was absolutely disgusting. He will just lost a loyal customer with the cocky behind attitude, and hopefully in the future he will learn to humble himself. This is for the owner Mr. T!

Poor customer service!
Only concern is how much you’re willing to pay! Choose $47.pedicure, tech (older lady) states $59. I ask how? She states the shellac (polish) is $17. (Which still did not add up)
RIDICULOUS……I state, “No Thank you…. Use regular polish! ” She then states that it’s $5 more to take off the shellac polish from previous pedicure! She became irritated, rushes thru the complete process, then pulls out the paper shoes and tells me I can go, because I selected regular polish, it will take 30 minutes to dry!

Got my toes done today look how ugly and bulky they are nails are suppose to match they changed colors instantly I was told I couldn’t get another color terrible and super long wait I walked in stated I wanted a pedi and mani I got my mani first then had to wait 1 hour for my pedi I left with ugly nails and toes after waiting 50 year to get a rush trash job money down the drain DO NOT go here

I come here all the time and usually it’s a good experience but yesterday I got there when they first opened and had to wait 10 mins before being serviced even though no other customers had arrived. I told the guy that was doing my pedicure I didn’t want shellac but he still ended up putting shellac on my toes and the entire experience was painful, he cut most of my nails too short and my toes are sore, he scrubbed my nails with this tool and could tell I was uncomfortable but continued doing it. I was charged 49 dollars even though I chose a 32 dollar experience all because they didn’t listen to my request to not have shellac. I won’t be back.

Was not happy with the service my sister wanted her nails taken off and a full set he hurt her so bad that she told him to stop a few times, I wanted a pedicure and manicure pedicure was rushed and half done, and he seemed as if he didn’t want to do my manicure and I ended up bleeding and my fingers are still sore have bandages on three of them he was super ruff, other custom was offered wine or water massage chairs was turned on none of that was given to me or my sister will not be returning again

Awful customer service. Did not fix the broken nails that I had gotten done just 48 hours ago. The shellac came off in a day's time. It had happened twice already. Not recommended. Do not waste your time and money here. The people understand English and pretend as if they don't. The two girls said that they can't fix and thar I need to get my nails fixed from the person who did the initial job. And since he was not there, they won't fix it. They said that since I 'paid to' A Mr. NEW, I should get the nails fixed only from him. Such bad vibes, and reluctance to fix things. I said I paid the Salon. But the two girls refused to listen. I tip 20% each time and still the bad attitude from the employees. Very, very unprofessional.

Would give 0 stars. These people are prideful and not grateful for customers. They want to do your nails how THEY want them. If you communicate that they're hurting you or specify any details that YOU -the paying customer want - their pride go into over drive and they complain! Idk why they think they can charge high rates albums don't have to listen to the customer requests. These are ludicrous prideful people to the highest degree. Go somewhere else

Christina calls you pretty all day and tries to talk you into spending a lot of money just to not be experienced at all! Horrible work two people had to come behind her to fix my pedicure DONT give these people your money

Holly is a new nail tech here but she is amazing. She is sweet and is very detail oriented. Holly and her husband, who works there also, can do very creative designs. Ask for Holly if you want your nails to look perfect, and last.

This place is HORRIBLE they over Charger for EVERYTHING and the employees here are SO RUDE! Never again in LIFE ghetto also

Soooo horrible, i felt the pressure of a lady trying to force me to get the most expensive service for a pedicure, the dead skin of my foot wasn’t removed the men only massage my foot with a rock didn’t use the proper tools a rock don’t remove the dead skin too much money for what you receive i regret going here so bad!

I’m a regular here and Hanna is my mail tech but unfortunately she was not in so I had to let a man do my nails and he was extremely rude and unprofessional as well as the women that did my pedi I’m not sure if they was having a bad day or just didn’t want to service me but I won’t be returning

Went to get a full set, pedicures and eyebrows wax the staff seemed nice but when I had told them what I wanted done the guy who done my feet done a good job but the lady who done my nails
And eyebrows it took her 2 hour to do and she lied and blame me that I was picky about the nail and she didn’t know how to wax eyebrows good so I had told her where she missed so after paying $120.00 the manager going to tell me not to come back because I was too picky because it took 2 hr to do my nails how can I be picky on a simple nail job. Be careful with this place it seem like they have something against black and want for us to say nothing and let them do whatever they want when we are paying and us black our they # 1 customers look how my nail and cuticles look

My first time here today Best place hands down I feel like I’ve finally found my nail shop home Julie and Bethany did they big one on me I didn’t have not one complaint everyone is friendly I was looking around at other techs work and they were giving out the works highly recommend

I wanted the tip of my nails a different color and the lady said, they only do one color. I asked for 5 layers of dip powder and she told me, we can only do 3 (otherwise they’re too thin and break easily). She called the manager over and he was going on and on about why they don’t do more than 3 layers of powder. (I have not ever heard of this from all the nail shops I have ever been to) They charged me $50.00 (I normally pay $40.00 to get this done) after all of that. I will not visit this place again.

Came for a pedicure and left my feet super dry definitely did not feel relaxed they rush don’t let your feet soak long enough and has sloppy results never again over priced for the work

My initial visits 3 years ago were great with a 5 rating. Well the lady named Nhi that was doing my nails is long gone. And I've had nothing but neg experiences since then. Hence the 1. Nail fungus is my most recent experience & my final straw. Horrible work. Check out my pics of what I got versus what I had to fix once I got home. Y'all whack!
