There were no notes on what was done so I hope the drain that was leaking from above my tub was cleaned out.

Michael also changed out the shower rod to a newer one that was placed higher so my curtain wouldn’t drag on the floor. Thank you!

The old rod was left behind, can I throw it out?

I have a list of problems with this property.

Roaches like you've never seen before. Being tenants for 2 years we ran into roaches about 8 months in and they never went away. It got extremely bad, never once did we see how bad it was until we fully moved out and did more walks of our empty residence did we finally see how bad it was. They live in the walls and will not go away no matter what you do, we had treatment done and to no avail they persisted.

This property has no hesitation on handing out violations either. We had a couch out on our balcony tucked in PERFECTLY into a nook where it was not visible unless you were really studying our balcony. Regional came and made the office issue a VIOLATION asap without a written letter asking us to move it. Ridiculous. On the other hand I did call and they gave me 3 days to remove it while working with my work schedule so I do grant them that with grace.

BIGGEST FLAG! MY TRUCK WAS ROBBED 2 TIMES BEING HERE. BOTH TIMES THE MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE. Ive spent $750 in insurance deductibles, 1 for $200 and one for $550, called the office on both occasions when my truck was ransacked and they offered absolutely no help at all. My windows were smashed in and my truck was gutted and the 2nd time burglars sawed off my Catalytic Converters which I was quoted $5600 on albeit with full coverage. Regardless, they did not care. I was able to look at their camera set up and I will say, don't trust or rely on this surveillance system, its blurry until about 10 feet out on all cameras as if there is a film on them.

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS APARTMENT IS THEIR COMMUNICATION AND MAINTENANCE, OTHER THAN THAT DO NOT RENT HERE

I have a 52 second video of the walk I did just before steam-cleaning and mopping the floors for move-out, I would say the video has about 50 cockroaches running amuck throughout the carpets and bathrooms fully empty. Sickening and inhumane.

Ive had the worst experience here! Not only did the staff ignore our requests for what we wanted in unit, they stated our expectations for what was to be in our unit and wasn’t was a small inconvenience as if you weren’t going to pay to live there and were lead to believe we would get until move in time. Our leasing agent had a attitude when we expressed we were not going to sign our lease until we saw our actual unit. Which was not until our move in date at 4pm. Me and my partner decided not to sign out lease due to the unit not having the color cabinets and counter tops they had promised, having stained floors, and the unit being dirty after the final “cleaning” had been done. We were promised our application fees back due to the incompetence of the property’s employees but it has been nearly two months and nothing has been given. Both I and my partner have called with no answer or call back. Save yourself the stress and do not live here!

It's just been a month here and I like the maintenance request response. They took care of each and every request, I have requested for change of warm lights to day lights and usually the earlier apartments never used to change but here they did it! And I would like to mention Michael B, the maintenance guy who took care of all my requests, his work is very neat and clean!

The only reason for the second star is because maintenance is very responsive when there’s an issue. Management however gets one star. The property has multiple rules that should make for an ideal living situation, however, their lack of enforcement makes it intolerable. Quiet hours are touted in the lease. No enforcement. No smoking is stated in the lease. Often can’t go on the balcony due to smoke from neighbors. Even walking out to go to work in the morning requires walking through a cloud of smoke. Trash is only to be placed in the breezeway Sunday through Thursday after 6pm. People put bags out Friday and they sit in the heat until pick up on Sunday night. Counting the days until I’m out of here.

We were loyal residents with great payment history who asked to be let out of our lease.

We signed our first lease in 2019. I wish I could leave a more positive review going out, but I can't. I hope the conditions improve because in the time we lived there, we endured one terrible management team after the other.

Too bad Lauren and Dan couldn't stay. They were amazing. After 4.5 years, we can't wait for improvements anymore.

December 23,2022 we woke up to ~15° temps and around 3 pm that day I heard a muffled thump. I realized, in a few moments, that my upstairs neighbors water pipe had burst (laundry rooms are on patio/balcony) and for the next 1hr 18mins water ran from their balcony into the yard, across the parking lot, then down a storm drain. Leaving me to mop water out of my bedroom floor. The urgent number they gave called the "closed for the holidays" leasing office. By the middle of January contractors had ripped sheetrock off the bedroom walls and the laundry room in my apartment from the water damage, exposing fiberglass insulation, forcing me to move my bed into the living room. 5 days with no water, 3 weeks with no washer/dryer, and no concessions being given to compensate the now poor quality living conditions, I signed intent to vacate in February. I moved out May 2nd 2023 with no repairs having been made. Thats right, 3-1/2 months living in a 1/1 apt.with an UN-livable bedroom, paying full rent! Bottom line, sign your lease and move in and when something happens and you're trying to dig that "knife out of your back" don't say you weren't warned. BH Management is the WORST, I will never live in another of their properties and yes, I told them so! I see other reviews are not very commending either.

The leasing agent was terrific. Very accommodating and helpful! The apartments were nice, the complex was clean and inviting. It's very secluded and quiet.

Ian did a great job showing me around the complex between the mailbox, pool, gym, package lockers, outdoor grills, he spent the time to show me around and I can’t wait to move in! Feliciana also did a great job when I came back to apply and answered all my financial questions! I highly recommend this place to live, it is very clean and nice!

I was told I would be refunded for my $150 admin fee (they charge this before your approved btw) since October of 2022. I have called the office/ emailed nearly 10 times to request an update on the check that’s supposed to be sent by mail. They keep saying they have no way to contact their financial team…? I get a generic answer almost every time! I’ve offered to pick up the check, or pay for it to be expedited through mail. I just want my money back! They are quick to take your money but act like they don’t know how to give it back. I need someone to make this right.

Location is great and at first it definitely was a great place to live. Now it is awful. We are experiencing our second water leak in 2 months with yet again no help from the staff. The first leak took them 18 days, failed promises to complete work, 8 phone calls, and being told the work was “too expensive to complete” before the wall was finally opened to review the damage and verify if there was mold. The maintenance person told my partner they were instructed not to open the wall and just to remove the baseboard, my partner noticed and large black spot and insisted the wall be opened up and it was but then it was sealed right away not allowing the inside of the wall to dry so who knows what is growing in there now.

This second leak happened over the holiday weekend due to the cold temperatures and the poor design of having the water heater and the washer and dryer outside. Our water was turned off on 12/23 and and stayed off until 12/28. The complex only offered water to the residents on 12/26 basically saying it should only last you through the night. I knew getting them to repair the damage in the guest room and my living room due to this leak was going to be difficult since the first time they were so awful but when our water finally got turned back on at 4: 26 pm on 12/28 the gentleman told us he would send people to look at the damage in our exterior laundry room. Turns out our entire laundry room is COVERED in black mold and it didn’t just start over the holiday weekend it has been growing definitely for some time and I believe it was already there before we moved in based on other reviews i have seen involving the same areas in the laundry room.

Maintenance told me they would be back 12/29 first thing to complete the demo needed and they never showed. Now the office is closed until Tuesday and i have black mold continuing to grow in the laundry room, i do not have a working washer or dryer BUT they are still going to charge all their residents full rent this month after their negligence and failure to act.
