RENTERS BEWARE: I don't really leave reviews ESPECIALLY with my name on it. But one of my friends and I applied in August, we got denied. Which one was weird for the both of us because we've never been denied an apartment before. Two, this apartment complex didn't offer us a co-signer either after denial. But whatever cool NO hard feelings. However, my problem is the fact that we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND from our deposit and it's OCTOBER NOW. So basically $900ish (admin fee + deposit) are down the drain. This was the first time I've ever dealt with an apartment complex that ask for your deposit BEFORE rental APPROVAL. I do NOT recommend applying to this apartment since clearly they do not care to refund your deposit back if you get denied. This is something for you guys to think about while considering this apartment complex.

DONT come if you do not care about location. Yes they have location so they dont have to do their service to attract people. Although there might be one or two memebers who occasionally know how to do their job, the management team has been one of the worst especially given the rent i pay in this area. They dont bother to respond to your email (especially Elisa), but are pretty timely at come to ask you to do stuff in your working hours and fine you. They are good at saying they dont manage this and turning you away to their Gables customer serivce who has little to do with this aprtment complex. They schedule you to meet at one time when they have lunch and make you wait for an hour. They lie about the request you asked by saying they tried but in fact they did not do anything. They have a valet trash program that you pay a lot but are very comfortable with not picking your trash for whatever reasons. Be prepared to deal with this terrible management team or go find somehwere else

Jennifer Buckhannon is a fantastic manager and person to deal with. She is top notch. Please keep her. We need more like her. God bless!

It’s an amazing community! The staff and Manager Jennifer are the best as they are attentive, efficient, show first class customer service and superb management skills. I can’t ask for anything better! I’m so happy!

The new management at Park 5940 MD is fantastic. Jennifer is so understanding and helpful. The amenities here are great here as well. I am appreciative of the help I have received from the complex after an issue I had with prior management and would recommend living here. It is in a good location and the other residents are friendly, making it a comfortable place to live.

These apts are so luxurious inside and out.maintenance are prompt.management is very helpful.property is always clean and well maintained.and parking is secure and easy.love this place

Lived there because it's very close to my work. Extremely awful experience. They charge you for every ridiculous reason. You even need to pay for the light bulbs despite it's not your fault. And it's infested by roaches. Disgusting! But if you like the extremely loud false fire alarm in 3am, it's a fantastic place for you!

Overpriced, the apartment is quite small, every year it just keep increasing the rent that is frustrating and stressful as well. Will not recommend much

Nicest looking apartment around this area. They sure keep it up to date and stay top on maintenance. Little pricey but you get what you pay for.
