The repairs have not been completed at this time. I will be out of town for a couple of weeks and decided they would take care of it at this time. These guys are so great to work with!

Have lived here for nine months, have had a few minor problems in the apartment but one call and they respond quickly. Today I really needed the toilet fixed like now. Well, they fixed it like now! Great place to live for sure. UPDATE! On 4-20-21 had an issue with bathroom vanity. Called and spoke with Jamie and she had the maintenance staff come and fix it within two hours. I only stayed for a short time, but the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Also, submitting a maintenance request was quick and easy, plus maintenance showed up in a very timely manner when I needed something done. A very honest management team and I would rent from them again if I were living in Amarillo.

The person doing the maintenance does his job well and in fast time. 5 stars for him. The dishwasher door was not made to take a blow of +200lbs on it snd he had done everything in his tool case to fix it. All other repairs have been done in a timely manor also. Thank you very much. Love the staff, if there was ever a problem they fixed it right away! That is extremely important to me! And love the apartments! Kitchen is amazing with my favorite part the walk in pantry. Second favorite part was the massive balcony! I strongly recommend living here!

I was moving long-distance in less than one week, and management was able to help with everything I needed! They processed my application within 1 day and move-in was easy, even during COVID. Maintenance was always available when needed, and I never had a issue when going to the office with a question. I'm from a town where a lot of money gets you not a lot of space, so for the rent these apartments are very spacious. I very much enjoyed living here.

If you have pets don’t even think about coming to this place.they will try and charge you for all repairs when you move out just because you have dogs.all you pay for is the kitchen it’s not worth it go somewhere else.

Recently moved here and know it was a great decision for me. Yesterday I stopped into the office and mentioned a rather minor concern and within a hour the issue was resolved. Thank you for your quick response.

The entire staff at Park at Coulter are absolutely unbelievable! Regardless of the issue that you are having, they are immediately on it like a duck on a june bug to find resolve ASAP! Amazing staff, Amazing service!
