HORRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT AGAIN! Rude and unprofessional! I hate it here moving as soon as my lease is UP! Dont MOVE HERE! TRASHY AND GHETTO

Mr. Hector is a great a maintenance man. A very hard worker, very attentive and goes above his job title. Also Ms. Christina Burks is helpful and caring. Any issues and concerns I have she attends to. She has great customer service skills and handles whatever is needed immediately. Ask for her of you have an issue. Very kind and polite

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The apartments are nice and spacious but they never fix anything. The staff always has a nasty attitude. The apartment it selfs STAYS TRASHY. Trash be EVERYWHERE. I’m currently waiting to move as we speak because my door is doesn’t latch correct and when I inform the front office their response was they don’t know when someone can come because that’s not deemed an emergency. Not to mention they can never keep employees. It’s always someone new. The last employee got arrested for fraud. Brittany ALWAYS HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. And never seems to care about her job. She really needs to be replaced if she not gone tend to the residents request. I’m currently taking realtor classes and how they are acting in that front office is very unprofessional and unethical. IF ITS THE LAST RESORT THEN YEAH OTHER THEN THAT I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I like Parks for much. While I don’t have a goal to visit all of the national parks I do enjoy visiting them and it is fun to look at the beautiful renditions on the cards and remember parks we’ve visited. My biggest gripe with the game was that they were unable to come to an agreement with all the artists and so some of our favorite parks are missing. The good news is that I have heard that they have been able to include the missing parks in the upcoming expansion which I will gladly support for that reason.

Do not recommend, it takes them a while to fix things and the staff will always have an attitude when ask for help. And also not to mention that the last manager we had was arrest for fraud. That should tell you how this place is. Apart from one of the staff workers also threatened to physically hurt my father when he believed he hit his car and when ask for prove since there are cameras he refused.

The manager has horrible customer service. She lied and said that I have to make two times the rent despite the fact that I have a Housing Voucher. If I made two times the rent I would not even be eligible to receive housing. My portion of the rent is $0 a month. Sometimes you have to make two times your portion but if your portion is 0 then you do not have to show income. I also tried to explain to her that my boyfriend gives me money every month and I can show her that on my bank statement she went on to further lie and said that my boyfriend can only contribute 25% of my portion of the rent. But my portion is 0. Just say you don't want black people with housing vouchers on your property. Just say that.

This apartments they have this two guys that were on a golf cart and the one that was driving he was very rude how can the apartments allow this from their workers he should get fired he could of just asked me nicely to move my car he didn’t have to be rude! So disappointed next time I see him and he’s rude to me again I’m calling 311 my mom had to wait days for them to go fix her AC and to this day it’s always freezing and they don’t do nothing about it and for them to have rude Maintenance dose to look good on the apartments!

I have lived here a 1year now.they have had so many different managers and it seems to get worse and worse.the dumpsters stays full over flowing and I have put work orders in over and over. They don't fix anything but keep putting you off. When I 1st moved here it wasn't bad.but now a hot mess. I love my townhouse but the maintenance is horrible. I am so ready to move. SMH.

I've stayed at this property over 3 years and it's at its worst with the new manager Darius. His first week on the property he started towing vehicles with no warning and lied about it. It hasn't been any parking rules in at least two years so why not warn residents of new rules instead of towing loyal residents and lien about doing it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in here unless you're ok with roaches because the property is infested inside and out with roaches and we don't have pest control! The trash is always overflowing now that they got rid of the older guy who use to clean the property so not only do we have roaches we have rodents as well wonder around. It's been a number of break-ins and that was my finally straw having my own unit broken into and maintenance not fixing my door because it wasn't a priority because other residents were without AC! I literally paid my neighbor to put a new door on because I have kids. My toilet also overflowed and it took them a week to come out but by then the water had over flowed to the downstairs washroom causing mold and mildew and all they did was paint over it! Make sure y'all checking for that too and don't be fooled!

Wow, let me say this the new manager Mr. Darius has made a major change on this property very clean the work orders are getting done. We have security they we can see. I'm glad Mr Darius is here I've been here for 10 years best manager we've had

I have a relative that lived here since 2003, when the property first opened up. They accept Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher. We were drawn to the townhome style apartment with one con: no half bath downstairs, which is fine for young or healthy individuals. Management has declined over the years and new faces continue to show up in the office very often, and the property has become a dump. You can walk around to see the lawn has been cared for.dumpster is overflowing, etc. When you put in a maintenance request, it takes forever! If you really need a place to stay because of income, by all means rent here. But if you have a decent job, do yourself a favor and find somewhere better!

I moved here at the end of 2018. There has definitely been a roller coaster ride with management but here recently they have changed management AGAIN! The office staff is okay but the New manager has no idea of how much the tenants that have been here trying to ride out the storm has went through while living here and therefore he needs to humble himself and instead of trying to come in and handling business the way he has try listening to concerned tenants!

I applied for an apartment here April 9th and it is May 11th they took my money. (don’t waste your time applying they will take your money and won’t ever give you an answer on if your approved or not) Every time I call to see if I’m approved they never have a answer an keep telling me to call back. I have went to the office to discuss my application but there is always someone new and they never return my phone calls.

The place is horrible trash everywhere the new parking stuff is how Wille office is unprofessional! Please stay away as I’m leaving this month and not looking back

The apartment complex is very BIG. However when you're driving on the property, there is SO much TRASH at each of the dumpsters. The dumpsters are so over run with trash, cardboard boxes, mattresses, old furniture etc. Looks like the need to hire a grounds keeper.
