Park at Rolling Hills Apartments, DeSoto TX

My disposal died and was replaced quickly. The cooling part of the air conditioning didn't work, so until they were able to replace some of the equipment, they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well. The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly. Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly. Just recently, the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights, which is fantastic. Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways. A couple outside lights had been vandalized and were replaced. Some of the signs in the outside hallways that display the apartment numbers have been recently replaced. I have heard from neighbors here how the maintenance guys have gone above and beyond to help them when they needed repairs.

My maintenance man is the bomb whenever I call it don't take no time to come in and fix what's going on in my house he want above and beyond is Call of Duty put a battery in my clock outside my house

Waiting on blinds for renewing my lease. Renewed lease for April 26,2021 requested blinds May 4,2021 should receive them within 2 weeks. Still haven't received them as of June 8,2021. Thanks

I'm on my fourth year here, which speaks for itself. The fact the landscape and grounds are always clean and quite. The property continues to keep the seniors busy with daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

They jacked that went up 200 some-odd dollars head maintenance guy rude disrespectful and don't work and will not work on your unit people are moving out left and right
