So far so good, I just moved here in August of this year. I noticed that they take good care of the property. Keep it clean. It is very quiet in the areas that I live in. Sure, it’s an older property, I have lived in Katy since the late 70s, it’s a well maintained neighborhood. There is an area where you can let your fur baby go potty.so there’s not a bunch of flies all over the property. I haven’t seen any rats, but we do think we have bats.which is really cool.

My mom forgot to pay a late fee which eventually led to eviction, rightfully so wtv. But this rude woman come to our (at the time) home with the police and proceeds to force herself inside and starts throwing out our things not only damaging things that DIDNT belong to her, but they broke and ripped important documents they broke the vile that held my grandmother’s ashes. My mom is a cancer patient and needs to take daily medications, THEY EVEN misplaced her medications. Someone please email this my email addy and help me find a good lawyer, because they had no business forcefully entering and breaking and throwing our belongings. It is against our rights. I have picture and video documents of this situation.

It's been a great experience living here so far kids fave is the pool which is very pleasing

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT move here. Roaches and rats in the apartment, stealing, breaking into vehicles, the management is HORRIBLE. Apartments are so outdated to be paying so much rent. Broken down vehicles taking up parking spots and they don’t tow them. Apartments are so money hungry and they do not care something happens to your cars. They will just tell you they will work at with the police but don’t do anything to help you out. The police have told me that they regularly get called to those apartments because of the amount of calls they get of people’s cars getting broken into. Police are there weekly. BEWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS!

I was there for several months and I have the best memories of the place, the maintenance staff is very communicative and efficient. I enjoyed being in the facility

The staff are very arrogant and the manager says ugly to one of us and doesn't fix anything today we were in the pool and an employee arrived very arrogant and told us that we couldn't bathe if we didn't have swimsuits when my wife did have clothes for the pool no They know how to treat tenants and they are arrogant

Save yourself DO NOT MOVE HERE

Money hungry, charge for nothing, they look for any possible reason to screw you, they even break the laws to get what they want

They steal buy cameras, and they say you have to tell them but that defeats the purpose only use them inside and they can't do anything not legally at least

Big mistake moving here. There are bug problems, the apartments are extremely outdated and need quite a bit of work. As others have noted they will nickel and dime you over nothing and will not respond back to email inquiries. The electricity keeps going out specifically to my apartment and centerpoint have said it’s the breaker, not Centerpoints equipment and provided documentation saying such. Park Falls won’t reimburse the call out costs. So note that if you’re electricity goes out do not report a outage like the normal process but call maintenance first (which indicates to me they know their equipment is faulty). Neighbors are ok, no issues there asides from being a bit noisy. Open parking is a plus but only if you live in the middle of the complex near the parking deck. Just overall not a great place to live, choose somewhere else.

Ms. Daira keeps her employees happy and I love the way she shows support to the tenants by having gatherings for the tenants and checking the property and making sure she sends out notices for important things happening. The apartments have a history of doors getting kicked in and robbed and still no security has been put to petrol. My home my apartment was targeted last night. It was a helpless scary feeling for me n my kids. I'm moving out, I dont feel safe knowing this is a constant problem here and now I had to live it myself.
