ANOTHER WELL-DESERVED 5 STAR REVIEW FOR MAINTENANCE/ANTONIO. REPLACED & REPAIRED MY LEAKING KITCHEN FAUCET. IN AND OUT IN UNDER 25 MINS. PROFESSIONAL, CONSIDERATE & ACCOMMODATING. WITH ALL THE DAMAGED PIPES ALL OVER AUSTIN I WAS KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH MAINTENANCE TEAM AS THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY TO MAKE THE REPAIR TO MY SATISFACTION/MINIMIZING ANY DAMAGE/MOLD TO MY CABINETRY/SHEETROCK

If they come to live here they will have problems with the stoves, air conditioners and electrical problems. The worst thing is that there are no people in the office nor are there maintenance people to do their jobs. There are neighbors here who have been without a stove for several months. I just let them know.

Past couple of times I called office & spoke with April, anything i needed was answered andctaken care of or the maintenance requests I put in are done in a timely manner.

I have lived in Park Place apartments since the day they opened I believe it's about 16 years things are getting better around here love good maintenance and good manager and all those people staffed here are here to help I do not like having to do stuff online I think we should still be able to go pay rent with money order or check in the office it's a very hard for handicapped people like myself to go somewhere and pay my rent play or pay it through a portal we needed to go back to the old days when people communicated through people not through computers it's so impersonala here I personally zwould like for it to go back to calling the office and speaking to someone not to a computer

Big property, gated, well lit parking area. Clean yards not trash build up at the dumpsters.

I have lived here for almost a year now and so far have enjoyed my residence here. This place has gone through so many management staff here, BUT, the current management today is definitely people we need to keep. April and Maliah have been a joy to have. Please keep them around.

This place is a joke from Rosa to the rest of the females in the office. They are pathetic to say the least. Unqualified to be handleling this property. Wasted money and time and on top of that they are ok with lying!

I’m going on my second month living here and so far it’s ben everything i’ve been looking for in an apartment! Great communication and maintenance in a timely matter. The property is also well kept which is perfect for those of us who like to sit outside and enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to move into a great area!

I have lived here for more than 12 yrs, and I have never felt better because the new management and the maintenance service are exeptional, it will not be the perfect place but if the place where I want to live

Almost two months with an application to rent at this place and thanks to the inefficiency of Rosa and the Loyola Park Place work group I lost all the money from my application and deposit. Every time I called to find out the status of my application, they did not answer the phones or make excuses. I had to look for another place to rent because the rent where I lived was due. This place is not recommended at all, because they shamelessly steal your money and then make you believe you are guilty so that you do not complain.
