I was putting lotion on my hands so took off my rings.well, my diamond ring (that was on my lap) somehow fell down where the seat belt clicker is.yep, that little hole, it was deeeeep. It was on a Sunday so the shop was closed, but first thing Monday morning I stopped by. The staff greeted me with a smile and told me not to worry, that it would take approximately 25 mins to pull up the seat and retrieve my ring. I was due to catch a flight at noon and what they said could take about 20 mins only took only 5 mins! I can’t even tell you how appreciative I am. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!
They don't call back, lack passion, have a great online appointment website however seem to have no process behind it and even with appointment, they don't know when somebody will pick up work on my Bentley. Not to British/Bentley standards!
Worse customer service ever. Mahan in the parts department is very rude. I bought a part for my Maserati. He opened the box and showed me the part. When I paid for the part he didn’t pack it and just stood there watching me while I was putting it back in the box. Really! He is the wrong person for this position and this place because he doesn’t know anything about customer service. I wish I could give them a zero star.
Bad customer service.keep transferring the phone call to other people and a lot holding time on the phone.
Just need a oil change on the Bentley.

I took my unrelated product of a vehicle in for a state inspection and was treated just the same as if I had a related product. Was offered a wash and everything. Diego, the only advisor present that weekend morning, took care of everyone there and made it look easy.
