My 2021 Acura RDX was damaged in a rear end auto collision. I wanted to have a collision center that was Acura certified and performed top notch work. The staff was amazing. The customer service is A1! They were knowledgeable and understanding. My service was also completed in record time. It can be very frustrating dealing with the insurance and car rental agencies but the collision center was outstanding and made everything 100 times better. Bill Devine was my service coordinator and he was great! Management, he deserves a raise!

Such attention to detail! Helped us navigate the repairs as well as the insurance claim. Great folks!

Davis wasted my time telling me they'd be able to get the vehicle repaired then calls me after I drive an hour back to work saying nevermind my boss said we can't. Huge waste of time and money for me that could've been avoided if he'd just said I'm not sure and double checked.

Amazing place. I dropped my vehicle two months ago. But Robert (Service advisor) could not give me estimated date to complete repairing. They took one month to get approval from insurance. Then they keep delaying my repairing process by telling me that they did not receive parts from vendor. If my vehicle damages were severe, I cannot complain. It was small damage to rear door. Will I get my vehicle back in 2022? Anyways, if you do not have extra car and time, please go to other body shop to save your money and time. -> I received call from the representative and receive an update for repairing. Thank you for your response and effort.

Best service and attention to detail I've ever had a body shop. Special thanks to Thomas Milner who kept things moving, kept me informed and got my car done in record time. I will definitely use them in the future.

My experience at Park Place Bodywerks was pretty amazing. It's really intriguing because my car was hit 4 months ago and the body shop I used then was pretty good. When I compare the two, Park Place is the Rolls Royce of Body Shops. Let's start from the very beginning. I called and mentioned my situation. They sent me an Application that allowed me to take pictures of the damage. Within the same day, I was able to get a quote and schedule a time to bring the car in. The check in was stress free and Enterprise was on site. It made a bad situation a pleasurable one. Davis my advisor was great as well. Every week I got an update. I hope I don't need the service again. However if do, I will not hesitate to return back to Park Place Body. Great Job Park Place Bodywerks. Two Thumbs Up.

Dealing with them. No response since I checked car in yesterday.
Can't give a rating yet. I had to wait a long time for my rental car. I'll give them a temporary rating. My estimator is cooperating trying to coordinate with Insurance lack of knowledge since Allstate has the client do all the work and tries to operate off pictures which can't tell the story. It's a horrible process BodyWerks has to deal with but they are working on it. When and if they repair the car I can do an informed rating.

Park Place Bodywerks is very professional. My vehicle was taken there after some flooding in the area. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled but both Adam Perry and Brandon Gillespy did an excellent job of walking me through the process so I knew what to expect from the insurance company. It made the process very smooth. I hope to never need body work on my replacement vehicle but, if so, I will definitely take it there without hesitation.

The rep at the front entrance was so kind and welcoming. She asked if I needed anything and pointed me in the right direction. I was in and out efficiently. There’s so many options in this store and it’s well organized.

They were absolutely incredible, constantly kept me in the loop on the progress of my car and making sure all my questions were answered. Robert De Leon is a rip off. He likes to keep your vehicle in, delaying in part so he can over charge your insurance. I bought my car pre own certified with minor scratches. He over charging for an estimate and giving a run around about a repair.

Davis Richards helped me with my wife’s car after it was broken into. He got me in quick and was very communicative about the process of insurance and getting it completed. Never had such a smooth experience before, I recommend anyone with bodywork to come here and meet with Davis. Thank you!

They have a very well made communication system which is almost real time between you and the estimator. Service is nice and staffs are nice. Only thing I don't like is they don't offer free loaner car. I have some delays but I guess it's case by case.

Just Back for a part malfunction. I trust they will honor the warranty.
However, my review is that there is absolutely NO African American employees here. I’ve been in here several times and never seen a person of color working with the exception of the Enterprise staff.
Park Place needs to DO BETTER ASAP.

Gratitude for the reaction, in any case, this a Statewide PARK PLACE problem. I witnessed this at the showrooms in Plano and a relative has a similar issue at the Park Place Range Rover in Grapevine.
I settled on the choice that I'd go to Sewell where I see individuals that look like me and I receive superior customer service that isn't contingent upon the color of my skin. AGAIN, PARK PLACE YOU MUST DO BETTER!

Excellent service! Brent was great to work with and responsive to questions. The Parts Team (Ted and Tommy) were exceptional in helping to expedite delivery of backordered parts. The entire team helped to restore my car after an accident, and it feels brand new again!

What a team! Customer service is definitely their top priority. Conveniently located, well managed and did a great job making the accident to my vehicle look like it never happened.
