Park Place Lexus Plano

I brought my Lexus in this past July for service and met Rachil Ellison. She took really good care of me. I enjoyed meeting her and she made me feel really good and comfortable about leaving my car in her hands. I brought my car back in for service maintenance on November 23rd and another great job was done, thanks to Rachil and her team. I will always be a client of Rachil and Park Place Lexus.

Just had car repairs completed. Rachil Elllison, my advisor, has always been super nice and contacts me quickly if anything needs to be done other than what I originally thought, I do like Park Place Lexus dealership—all personnel friendly.

I had a problem with a squeaking noise when I would apply the brakes and it seems that I was the only one that could hear it. I asked David Williams, to come ride with me to see if he could hear the same noise, and he did so and the noise was heard by him and he scheduled an appointment for me.
I dropped off my RX450 at the assigned time, and the technician found the cause of the problem and it is fixed finally.
Now if I have a problem with my car I will only consult Mr. Williams to find a solution to the problem.

Adam Remington is an outstanding and professional sales associate for Park Place Lexus Plano. I have bought 2 cars from him over the past 6 years and he has been just terrific. Paul Kim assisted me in shopping for an RX350. He was very patient in answering all my questions, and he showed me most all of the features that come with the car. He even had me back the car into a parking spot, using the rear camera. I don’t ever back into parking spaces, but he convinced me that I could do it. Even after I purchased the car, Paul continued to check on me and advise me how to adjust various settings to best fit my preferences.

Shortly after I bought my car, Paul assisted my daughter in locating and purchasing a car she was interested in. He was very helpful and made the experience low stress for her.
