TLDR - don’t take comfort in “Cerified Pre Owned” or salesperson quality assurances.
Purchased a “certified pre-owned” 2023 XC-90 w ~13k miles. The screen (which controls everything) started crashing incessantly within a couple of HOURS of purchase, which stops navigation, phone calls, radio etc while it restarts - very annoying. It’s been a multiple weeks now and despite limited platitudes still isn’t fixed. Current thinking is that it needs to be replaced, but the part is back ordered. Had to leave for an extended holiday roadtrip and they told me I couldn’t take a loaner car out of the DFW area.
