This place has gotten worst by every day that goes by. Came in 2012 everything was good but after 2016 everything has gotten so down hill.make a appointment and till wait hours in the waiting room once your in a room another hours waiting there to be seen. Nurses mess up my kids test had them get to retest and wait more time. Today is my last time coming here! Do not recommend worst experience ever! Zero stars

Had a great experience in a very scary moment im time. Erehin Papa took great care of me! She reassured me there was nothing to be afraid of and gave me all the information I needed to know before administering my shot.

Thank you ladies for going above and beyond the customer service.

Never again. Takes HOURS beyond your appointment time and no coordination with staff. First visit went ok. Second visit, My baby and I were seriously forgotten in a room for over an hour. Last straw was that day, when I asked ONE question during a routine checkup for my newborn, saw the Doctor for a total of 45 seconds, she did no additional tests or checks, and they charged me an additional $75 for the visit! I found a new pedi after that.

But oh, I'm not done!

I did not have a pediatrician when I delivered my baby, and, surprise! In walks Dr. Tagadoshi on day 2 and day 3 of my hospital stay. She did nothing more than introduce herself, tell me to come by Park Plaza when I get out of the hospital, made small talk, looked at my baby (no touching), and said my baby is cute. Today, almost a year later, I got a bill in the mail for $600 in hospital visits from my baby's delivery day 1 through day 3! My insurance only covered $250 of it. They like to scam first-time mothers, too. BEWARE.

Very very unprofessional! Staff gave me a hard time just to get my sons shot records! When asked for helped I was left on hold multiple times and for long minutes. When finally the manager decided to help she sounded mad. When I HAD BEEN seeking for help for over 1 week if my sons current clinic tried to help and they were also rude to them! I am filing a complain because it’s tooo much too unprofessional. One girl said she was the manager and then at the end she said she wasn’t! My son is now at Bee Well pediatrics which 10/10 highly recommend if y’all are looking for A GOOD pediatric clinic! My son has been at bee well pediatric since he was 4, he is now 7 and my one year one old daughter is now being seen there as well and dr Laura and Sara are so goood never ever had any type of trouble also staff super nice and professional.

Very unprofessional, I had an appointment at 10: 45 and it’s 12: 00 and I’m still out waiting,
The system is so bad, if tou guys give appointments so why are you taking first came first served?
So disappointing

This place has no sense of urgency! They accept walk ins in the morning so it push the people who has an appointment back. They set their appointments back to back which will have you waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours after your appointment. The front desk workers are beyond rude they will brush you off like you’re the one with the problem. The place is crowded people have to end up waiting outside the office until their name is called. The list can go on

Dr. Taghadosi has been my daughters pediatrician since we met her at the hospital after giving birth. When I first met her she was very nice, so we decided to keep seeing her. The first couple visits at the office were fine but then we started noticing that our wait times were getting longer and longer each time. On several occasions I would be in the waiting room for an hour until they called us into a room. DONT ASK US TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLY TO KEEP US WAITING.not to mention the front desk people aren’t very efficient.after sitting there for so long, they wait until the very last minute to make you fill out a 3 page questionnaire.so frustrating.

Any who, that’s only one of the issues.

On my daughters 3 month check up we showed up on the day of our appointment and the front desk tells us that Dr. Taghadosi wasn’t in, and asked if I wanted to see a different docor. This was a little frustrating, a simple heads up would have been nice. I took a day off work to be able to take her so I had to go ahead and see whatever doctor was available.

This week my daughter had her 9 month check up. The day before her check up, the office calls me to tell me that ONCE AGAIN Dr. Taghadosi would not be in. They asked me if I would like to reschedule for 2 weeks later or if I would like to see another doctor. Now, I’m VERY frustrated because it’s the second time it happens and I just don’t like my daughter having to see all these different doctors. I need someone to be consistent with her. I decided to go in anyway because my daughter hasn’t been in 3 months and I did not want to wait longer for her to get her check up.

Once we got to her check up we saw a very nice doctor (wish I remembered her last name, but it started with a V) anyway, she was very nice and she brought to my attention that there was something that was off on my daughters vaccines.long story short, on one of my daughter previous check ups, one of the nurses didn’t give her the correct shots that she was supposed to. The nurse missed two of them so now my daughter had to get those 2 shots.

This was the last straw for me. And how did Dr. Taghadosi not catch this mistake? Those nurses need better training and clearly their doctors need to be double checking their work.
How could these people be so careless? ! You people are supposed to be responsible for taking care of our babies.

That same day, I came home and changed my daughters pcp. Needless to say, I will NOT be coming here ever again.

My children have been patients with Dr. Taghadosi's office since my oldest was an infant.

I've tried to be consistent with my children's health in not moving from doctor to doctor because I want that and school to be stable.

Unfortunately, for about 5 years or so this office has disappointed me over and over again. My oldest son who is autistic needs paperwork filled out in order to receive pull ups and I've had nothing but issues trying to get this office to fill in the paperwork on time.

Now my son because of their negligence has lost his prescription to receive those supplies. And now they tell me because he is 20, they don't feel comfortable giving consent?

What is he to do? What are we to do? Dr. Taghadosi has changed the office so much that I didn't know that she's no longer the primary, others are in the office and it's frilly sad and frustrating.

My son needs these pull-ups as he refuses to wear anything else due to his disability. They refuse to call me back after I've tried to remain calm and not harass anyone.

How can you treat your long term patients like this and refuse to fill out his paperwork for supplies that he needs causing him to lose the prescription and now we have no way of getting this particular one for him?

It's so sad, I'm at a loss trying to find him another doctor during this time of a pandemic.

Great service, friendly staff, as soon as you walk into this facility they make you feel welcomed. Not much of a wait time. Great doctors they make sure they provide the medication that is needed for your kids to feel better. I will keep them as my pcp provider for all four of my kids.

I was very hesitant after reading about the wait time of this clinic. However, I was called back shortly after checking in (5 min max in waiting room) and the physician came to the room very quickly as well. Dr. Thaghadosi is awesome!

The wait was an hour. Finally called then 45 minutes before the doctor spent 2 minutes in the room just to wait on a nurse for over 30 minutes for blood work.

This doctor's office is trash, ever since the change. Every time you call they either don't answer or put you on hold and never pick up again. Also, the email address given to contact them, no one ever replies to. The front office staff is rude including the several office managers I have met with. There is also no point on setting an appointment because you will not be seen anywhere near close to the time you scheduled for. If I could give no stars I would.

I’ve taken my son there now for about 3-4 months and I’ve always been greeted with a smile. Dr. Vargas is great and would recommend her to everyone who needs a pedi doctor. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I’ve emailed and called this office so many times to schedule an appointment for my daughters 6 month shots and NEVER got a call back or a reply. She’s 9 months now and going to a new pediatrician with Texas Children’s by the way. Anyways, my daughter needed an ultrasound done when she was 3 months old and for a referral the front staff asked ME if I had any recommendations on who to go to? Um isn’t that y’all’s job to know? Took them almost a week and still NOTHING. I ended up taking her to Texas Children’s. For the results I didn’t hear back until a week later. They are not on top of their game. I loved seeing Dr. Fischer but since I could never get anybody to call me back or email me, I decided to take my daughter elsewhere. My complaint is the front desk. Either replace who the front staff, or train them all over again to provide better service. These are kids that you’re dealing with. Not adults. Do better.
