One of the most beautiful apartments and peaceful place to be in front office are amazing people they will treat you like family my experience living here has been a blessing I love it they keep this place very clean and always on top of everything Tammy and keisha are amazing women we love them definitely worth every penny to live here thank ya so much

I have been living here for a year now and absolutely love it here. Ms. Tammy & Ms. Keshia in the office are amazing. They host events for the residents and also really interact with the kids in the apartment complex. LOVE IT HERE!

I’ve been in park45 for 2years now and everything about this place is wonderful. Richard is an excellent maintenance guy anytime I need anything done he’s on top of it right away. Ms Tammy and Ms Keshia are very understanding and helpful and I love everything they’ve done for me in my time in being here

I just moved here to Park 45 l love it here & Mr Richard is my guy he's Most definitely good and what he does. He always smiles l was needed help with my door this morning.l called him he came right and fixed my door. I was happy

Richard was the best maintenance man ever I literally help me a lot. He did not leave until my A/C was fixed very wonderful

Man so far anytime I have a issue, this crew is always right on it, HUGE SHOUT OUT TO RICHARD IN MAINTENANCE, brother came out and fixed my a.c. At 10 p.m. On a saturday, thanks again boss and thank you park 45 for the hospitality.

Park 45 is a top notch community. Tammy and her team are always ready to help when you need it and always look for a way to make the community better. Cannot recommend them enough

First of all I want to say how beautiful the apartments are and how respectful everyone is that stays in them. This is my very first time renting out an apartment and Mrs. Tammy helped me, my wife and my daughter get into our very first apartment. Mrs Tammy is the most amazing and helpful person ever. She welcomed us with open arms and loves the kids. My daughter fell in love with Tammy she will always go into Tammy’s office and give her a hug. Love the small events they do here too, everyone helps everyone out here which I love. If you are looking for a peaceful and calming area park 45 apartments is where you need to call home. I’m glad to call it my home! And Mrs. Tammy will help you in every way to get you in! Thank you Mrs Tammy I’m glad we moved here with y’all!

I'd like to start off by saying, this was a very smooth stay from the beginning. I rented here for 2 years and never had any issues. Mrs. Tammy made everything Easy. If I ever needed to rent an apartment again, I'd definitely be back here. Thank you & your team for everything

Love this place! The head leasing office manager Tammy is extremely helpful and very prompt with getting you everything you need. Maintenance is awesome and the apartments are pretty big. Ask for Tammy and a tour you won’t regret it!

No Matter when I come to the office. Tammy the manager is always busy as a bee! She always stop to acknowledge me. I love living here. SHE is the BEST!

I’ve been staying here for 2years now going on three and when I say an awesome team I mean an awesome team they’re always willing to help and don’t let me forget about Mrs. Tammy she’s such a sweet heart and definitely put the s in sweet she’s one person I know that definitely keeps a smile on her face and what do what ever she needs to do to make sure all residence are taken great care of with the best assistance!

The property and the entire staff are amazing. Tammy and the entire staff treat the tenants like family. They keep the property well maintained. Whenever maintenance is required they respond promptly with a solution.

Me & My Husband are first time renters! We love it here. Best move we ever made. Most of all the manager Ms. Tammy is the most nicest / bestest / understanding person her & her Team, Keshia, Richard, Ray are so helpful in so many ways. We only been here for 3-4 Months! Never had an issue since we moved here! Very friendly & kind to others were practically all family here! If you don’t know them they know you! And if you don’t know Miss GIGI you will!
