16 The way this place is being managed has went downhill since I've stayed here and I've been here for years!
They leave your space any kind of way after you have submitted a service request and when you call to inform them of it there response is "well your issue was fixed. "
That's definitely not customer service!
Love the ladies in the office and Marcus is working his tail off in this heat. I am only setting you guys this low because you guys show the model photos but not what your really renting out. My indoor ac unit is 40 years old. I do hvac for a living and these units should have been replaced years ago. When me and my parents arrived the 28th it was 83 degrees in my house. My unit has not stopped running since I put s24 electricity in my name. You guys are not paying my electric bill and the added stand alone just adds to my bill because it's not keeping up. My bed room temp doesn't get cold enough to sleep in. I can't use my half bath as there is a water leak into another property below me. I had to install a shower curtain rod because there wasn't 1 present. Until my problems are fixed, or my dog's and I, get a better place this review stands. I will be calling corporate next if my issues don't get solved.
The community manager Sophie is doing a excellent job and super helpful. Would definitely recommend moving to this amazing property!
Lots of mechanical issues and emergency repairs are not taken care of like they are emergency. I mean running water that don't shut off AND stinky backed up dishwasher AND AC quit blowing cool air and ticket closed saying it was fixed.kids haven't lived here 2 months AND rent is $1100.give me a break.had to give 1 star just to make comments.
We have been living in Parker apartments for a little less than a year now and the team has been nothing but helpful to us. Very kind people and very diligent. Management is always quick to solve any issues that we have. Keep up the good work!
We’ve lived here now for several years and have had an overall good experience. Our neighbors have all been friendly. Nothing is perfect but overall we’ve been happy living here.

Good apartment for a first timer. I do wish that maintenance was a little more prompt. Other than that, no complaints!

We moved into the Parker Apartments on February 14th and it has been such an easy and quick process. They renovated our apartment before we moved in so it looks so good! It’s such a good size for a nice price. They offer valet trash and so many good things! We are excited for our journey of living here!
We have thoroughly enjoyed calling Parker home! Our move in was easy, the staff is friendly, and the location is great!

Maintenance is very attentive and diligent and management staff are very helpful and gracious. Any problem you may have, you can count on the staff to get it taken care of in a timely manner!
Two stars instead of one for being forthcoming in scheduling the showing. The problem is that the management through incompetent or ignorance, played a bait and switch on me. I provided the time frame and needs for an apartment. They stated that they had apartments available then with a lower price point. I drive 45 minutes for a tour only to be told they don't have anything in the time frame I stated, and they were all 200-300 dollars more. You could have called me if something changed, but instead you decided to waste my time. I will never rent from you.
