I normally dread anything that envolves interacting with a government office. From my experiences the staff are, too, busy to be bothered by what I need. That changed today. TPWD in Rusk, TX is the crowned jewel of Texas government offices. The person that helped me was bright, fast and very pleasant. They get 5 stars from me.
