Really enjoyed our stay at Lofers Bend EAST Site 48. Site was level and very shaded. Gate personnel was very friendly. Bathroom right by the Site is closed, but just a short to the next one up the road

Needed to know a few things about registering my boat and the lady was very helpful on answering all my questions

Very friendly lady behind the counter, I had 2 boats to register and I was out of there in just a few minutes

Rushed to make it there before 5pm only to find out they close at 4: 30 they need to update their hours.

The employees were helpful and very pleasant. Quick and efficient. My 2nd time dealing with this office, a definite 5 star, keep it up.

Call for status updates and there is one monotone girl there that is just super rude. Do your guys supervisors do ANYTHING there? Due to covid, supervisor reviewing, etc etc etc. I can’t operate the boat I own until I pay the kings tax. They make it near impossible to do that by the way. This is the worst state for boat registration I’ve lived in. Kids are going to miss the whole summer on the water.

Rude receptionist. I went in to register a boat I had just bought. The reception was asking me questions pertaining to the boats past, beyond my purchasing it. I answered as best I could with what information I had.
I finally told her I just bought the boat I have no idea of this boat's past. She calls out two park rangers to interrogate me, this went on for what seemed like 5 minutes with me being threatened with jail and accused of stealing the boat. I told them, i just came in here to register this boat and you're treating me like a criminal. You should have the past records on this boat in your system.
Then they gave me the registration and acted like nothing had happened.

Very helpful, if they don't have the answers they will put you in contact with someone who does.

How are you gonna post a number to call and never answer it. If your closed for lunch then post it. I saw you open the door for the delivery man, but you refuse to answer phones or the door if knocked upon for regular people trying to inquire. That’s bad, what if it was an emergency? And if your gonna post a number to call for appointments the least you can do is answer it. Even when some one calls over ten times.
