Keith was very nice from the start. He asked many questions to understand our needs and where we were in the sales process. They asked about our employers to see if there were available discounts. We closed on a price. We got the best offer for our trade-in. Finance was detailed, but not pushy. Keith walked us through many of the technologies in our new Suburban.
