Tyjuan helped as soon as we arrived on the lot he was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. He was able to get us into the dream car that we wanted.

I was completely ready to buy a car, had everything prepped and ready to. HOWEVER. The car that I wanted (which was shown as available both on the lot and website) were actually already sold yet they still listed those cars as available. Wanted a copy of the sticker price to show another Kia dealership in order to price match (the other dealership actually had the car I wanted in stock), but to get in contact with ANYONE from Parkway Kia I Had to call 5 separate times because my first 3 calls were forwarded to numbers that weren't available. The number given on maps doesn't even work. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

Vehicle would not start. Found out that the vehicle required 5 recalls and a new starter. Afterwards, check engine light came on and Kia asked me to bring it back and in les than a 4hour wait, My vehicle light was off and running like new.

Amazing experience. My 10 month old twins, husband, and I arrived to purchase a vehicle and Taylor made the whole process smooth and easy. He worked with our needs and even held a baby while we finished up paper work. Everything about this dealership is 5 stars, from the customer service to the cars available. I bought my child a Toyota Camry on Tuesday. When we were waiting for the financing people to come get us we were told there was a problem and asked if we could come back, but we could take the car. So I drove the car off the lot. I returned on Thursday at noon to finish the paperwork. I paid $1500 down and financed the rest. I completed all the paperwork. I was told to go wait out front while the car got detailed. I waited until 6 p.m. Finally, someone came and told me that they wouldn't let the car off the lot until it had new tires. It was a safety hazard. They said they didn't have another car for me. Since I drove the car I didn't have a way to go home. I got an Uber home (15 miles). They said they'd call me the next morning. No call was received. I called at 10 a.m. I was told they were finishing up with the car and it would be ready that afternoon. I told them I'd be there at 4 p.m. I left work early, drove an hour home to pick up my wife so she and I could go pick up the car. Arrived around 5: 30 p.m. I was told that the tires weren't there and they didn't have an ETA. It was now Friday evening. We have 5 children at home. The sales manager was called. They didn't try to rectify the situation. According to them, nothing could be done and they did nothing wrong. I bought a car, financed car, was paying for the insurance on the car, and yet I had no car. They didn't try to get tires from an alternate location, they didn't try to get me a rental or a loaner, they never even apologized for the inconvenience. This caused an enormous inconvenience on my family and Parkway Family Kia (the name is ironic) did absolutely nothing to even attempt to make it write. Now I'm really concerned about the vehicle I purchased that they didn't even know it had bad tires when they sold it to me. Did they find other issues? Was it never looked at in the first place? Did I purchase a lemon? The whole thing seems very shady. Extremely poor experience. Horrible customer service.

Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to purchase a car. Arthur, “Art” was SO helpful and made the buying process very easy, hes been the best cars man ive ever worked with. I had a horrible experience with Cowboy Kia and decided to come here instead and I do not regret it one bit. Will be recommending this dealership to my family and friends!

Bought a used certified car 3 days later A/C not working, coolant tank was empty! I don’t believe they inspected or checked the car before selling it! Very Disappointed!

The Parkway Family employees are amazing! More specifically Chris and Taylor. They were both very nice and had a great atmosphere and always had a smile on their face. Chris and Taylor did an awesome job and if I ever need help I will be asking for them. They made the process of buying a car pleasent and easy. Keep Chris and Taylor around!
