Visitors parking is horrible to get they only have about ten spots and then they make you park on the outside of the gate. When we rented the office space for parties we constantly had strangers walking into to use the restroom in the office. Wouldn’t let me use the restroom inside the office today. Not the best area in terms of safety.

Hey guys just wanted to warn you that Parkway Flats is poorly managed. When I moved into my new apartment I had a rusty sink in my main bathroom. The sink was just completely out of order for nearly two to three weeks after moving in. That should have been my warning.
