I wish I could leave a better review but after just 24 hours of living at this new place I had to deal with a psychotic resident that believed that a parking spot was there's then had to deal with this person trying to damage my property so ended up calling the cops that did nothing but escalade the situation even further than it needed to be and ended up being put in jail due to false accusations. If you care about your safety and not having cops bully you when you need assistance then do not move here. Management didn't even evict the psychotic person off the property and they allowed them to still live here. Now I'm in fear of life, my property, and my safety of my family. I'm having to file lawsuits to address the seriousness of the situation. Me and my family now have serious PTSD from this place. Just horrified. So I seen more cops up here in 3 days then I have seen in 5 years anywhere else. Will take a miracle to change my review or my view of this property. I'm afraid to park in my car ports until this person is gone.

Never move here, My brothers first day there was the worst experience I've been through moving him into an apartment. Horrible people living there and horrible bully police department run the area when you call for help, you get arrested trying to do the right thing. Then the apartment wants to evict him after he was falsely arrested for calling the cops to deal with a crazy neighbor. Stay very far away I suggest people to look elsewhere.

I highly recommend this apartment complex the management are very nice, the maintenance team is awesome, everyone just keeps to themselves. If you have an issues the maintenance team gets right back to you. Very friendly area

My family and I love it here! We moved in May of this year and couldn’t be happier. Renee and Mary are so welcoming and personable. Each month they put a themed backdrop in front of a bench for portraits and my kids love it. We love our yard and the grounds are always well maintained. Haven’t had to deal with maintenance too much but the times I have they have been helpful and polite. We are so grateful!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. This complex is very well maintained and the units are very clean and modernized. My boyfriend (20) and I (18) are working on getting our first place, with no rental history, and very new credit scores, but the leasing agent (Mary) was very helpful, and took us seriously, unlike other agents we have met with previously. She showed us every available unit, and let us take our time looking around. We felt extremely welcomed and comfortable in the community, I 100% recommend this complex to ANYONE who is looking.

Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The first impression when walking into the office is warm and welcoming. I instantly felt at home. Mary was so welcoming and she is so friendly and personable. The application process was very smooth. We got to tour one of the apartments and oh my gosh, it is so beautiful. There is so much space, it's nice and well taken care of. The grounds are nicely tended and there is a good area for walking. I am so excited to get to be a part of this wonderful community.

From moving in to minor fixing they have been nothing but nice and on point with time and information, communication is great with front office, timing of maintenance to fixing work orders is remarkable and just alone they always make you feel invited and welcome. This has been the best experience from move in to feeling at home, my lil one and I will be signing another lease. They really know how to get involved with residents with once a month events such as waffle bar, breakfast tacos in the morning, even involving the kids with turkey hunt for prizes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home and a great community

This is a wonderful community to be apart of. The complex itself is updated and refreshed - the grounds are consistently cleaned and everything is always in working order. The amenities are fantastic and always easily accessible. Neighbors are quiet, peaceful and friendly! If you are looking for a clean and welcoming environment in RR this is the spot for you!

I’ve lived here through several owners, by far this complex has gone a long way under current owners and staff. The complex’s renovation from landscaping, parking lots/road, and floor plans are well done and appealing. Staff is fun and make living here a blast with friendly complex contests, holiday photo ops, resident get togethers in the office. Just renewed for another upcoming fun year.

Always friendly staff make you feel at home before you've even step foot in the apartment. This place really has a community feel that many other complexes lack. Love love love it here!

This apartment complex is fantastic. It was my first ever apartment. I had no credit and I worked two jobs. Renee was able to get me in and find what best suited me. I not only appreciate the ability to have a transparent landlord‘s but, their ability to upkeep and upgrade the apartment while I lived there. I was not only able to constantly get service in my apartment when something didn’t work, but they redid the pool and the parking lot to make our living spaces more like home. They also keep up with technology. You now have a key fob to get in the gate so you don’t constantly have to enter a pin. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to any of my coworkers or family members. Several of my coworkers still live there.

I really enjoyed this apartment. The management are friendly. I recommend this as to anyone who’s looking for a good environment.

I have been to Parkwood to visit a few times. The staff truly feels like a little family and its a great community. Nicely updated apartments and super sweet and helpful staff. Apartments are modern and well cared for. Great location as well!

I have been living here at Parkwood Terrace for over 10 years I must say that in almost a year since we have gotten new management, we’ve gotten so much done to improve the grounds, apartments, etc. Work orders are completed within a day or sooner! I would also like to compliment RENEE & MARY for always being very professional in the way that they handle their job…. Always making you feel good knowing that they will be there when you need them! AND don’t forget the maintenance team…. THEY are the best! Always, on top of their jobs! Home is where the heart is! Ms. Cage, Grandma Cage, or Ms. LC…. Peace and happiness!
