I took the truck in because the Brakes where vibrating at hwy speeds. They did an inspected and performed a complete brake job. They informed me when I picked it that it was under warranty and it was no charge! I had no idea what a great customer service group! I recommend to all.

The management and staff at Parra are incredibly professional, awesome customer service! Comfortable environment and no long waiting times. They also provide a complete diagnostic of your car which is helpful.

Great location! Extremely friendly staff and quick turnaround time. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable place to do anything from oil changes to coolant system flushes and more! They will take photos of anything that needs work on your car and provide a handy link for you to see after a multi-point inspection.

I bought a new alternator belt and they installed it for me. Most places will not do something like that unless you also buy this parts from them.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. I am always receive a warm greeting. I am kept in the loop for maintenance. One time, they even waited past closing time on a Friday so I could have my car for the weekend.
