Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse reviews
16Cool spot, great beer choice. Pizza and pretzel was great. Cheese sauce so so but pretzel was very good
Twice I’ve gone to pick up orders here and both times they were not ready and I have to wait 15+ minutes while being told they weee being bagged. Gave me a coupon for a free pizza for my troubles but once I had to ask again about my order and was told the pizza is being made after being told it was being bagged I gave the card back cause I’ll never set foot in there again. Blatantly lying to their customers.
Really cool place to grab a drink, appetizers, and watch a game.
I came for the pizza, but the pizza was very similar to an expensive frozen pizza from the grocery store (not the cheap ones). Their was nothing unique, savory, or great from the pizza (Pepperon). It was not bad, but not great. It's advertised as NY style, but their was nothing reminiscent of NY style.
The location is clean, the staff was friendly, and I loved the lighting available at the tables (really good design). The service was fast and friendly.
Parking will be an issue in the future, but since the other suites are not opened yet, it was not an issue at the moment.
I also ordered the cheese sticks/fried cheese. Really good portion, flavorful crust, but tomato sauce was bland (I added chily pepper flakes for more flavor).
First time trying this new location out. Was mid afternoon so place wasn’t crowded but could see it being a busy lunch and evening spot. Atmosphere looked interesting.
Greeter was friendly, waitress was nice. Got the Parmesan bites and a medium pepperoni pizza. The Parm bites were really good, pizza was average, feel like sauce could use more seasoning and was a greasy probably due to the pepperonis. It’s a thinner crust but don’t know if I would call in NY Style.
Came on a Friday night. Had to wait a few minutes for a table for 4, but only around 5 minutes. Ordered a froze- delicious, and we had their pizza and wing special. Both were wonderful! Cannot wait to try more things on their menu!
Food is really good, and I think the pricing is pretty good considering how expensive places have gotten. We have been five or six times since they have opened.
We wait 1 hour when I was told the waiting time was 30 minutes.
Our kids were hungry, we kept asking the waitress and she said table was not ready. So we ended leaving
First time and will be last time here ever. Walked in and stood for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Was asked if we had been helped yet and we replied no. Was told we could go to bar and sit anywhere or get seated at a booth. 3 females then stood around their checkout talking about something all together and still didn't seat us after saying we would like a booth for another 3 to 5 minutes. We walked out and as we turned, they then wanted to help us then. If this is how they greet customers, they won't ever get my business. Hopefully the owner addresses this promptly as I'm sure they are losing the owner lots of money this way. Completely unacceptable for a food and customer service type business.
My husband and I just ate lunch at Parry’s for the first time. The artichoke and jalapeño dip was to die for and the pizza was really good. Our waiter Tony was fantastic- great personality, attentive but not bothersome. We’ll definitely go back!
New spot I didn’t know about. But glad we tried it today. Friendly wait staff, prompt service, good food, we can’t wait to go back.
The mozzarella sticks were on point, so much so I forgot to get a pic of the dish before they were gone! LoL
The wings were great, but their heat level is definitely off. The waitress recommended to go up one level as it wasn’t as described. I’d recommend go up 2 levels. Hot wins had ZERO heat. But they were still delicious.
The pizza is a New York style pizza pie, the sauce is definitely on point. But, we also tried the calzone. And I think the calzone took the win. It’s loaded up with mozzarella, toppings all around inside, and sauce to dip it into. And the bread was light and delicious.
Don’t take my word for it, stop by and try it yourself. We will definitely be back to try more items as this might be where we get our after work night cap going forward.
They also have multiple specials: Sunday only, Sunday - Thursday, 3pm-6pm, etc.
All of this was only $24 bucks between the two of us.
They forgot items we ordered, they also didn’t put the marinara sauce for the calzones. The jalapeño artichoke dip had no flavor and it tasted like they just popped in in the microwave.
Pretty good joint. Food was soooo delicious and flavorful. Only bad side, we ordered to much, lol. Would definitely recommend.
This is my fav pizza spot anywhere south of downtown. I like a pretty thin crust (standard here, NY style) slice of just cheese. $12.99 for a large on Monday. Can’t go wrong.
I ordered my pizza and appetizer for dinner (take out) when I went to pick it up the girl in the front told me after I gave her my name and order number “You need to wait for 5 min and sit down” just like that. Really, I know she was a young girl but have a little respect for your customers.
The food is ok, little overpriced for what your getting. Domino, pizza hut, Papa Jones are better pizza for cheaper price. I spend $29.00 wow
I met some friends here for lunch. The bar has tons of beer options on tap and their lunch menu has many great options at very reasonable prices. The food was very good but the fries were a little to salty. The service was not the best but I've definitely had much worse. We enjoyed our time here because of the open environment and relaxed atmosphere. Free parking, however i am concerned that once the plaza gets more popular they may run out of spaces quickly during busy times.
GREAT SERVICE! Amazing Pizza Try “The Pearl” pizza. Hard to find service and food at the same place these day! I’ll be back
