5Terrible customer service. Failed to have accurate time frame of job completion. Completely disrespectful over phone.
Audibly heard an argument over the phone and seemed disrespectful to my coworker when there was no disrespect or argument. Work was completed but would not recommend.
I called to set up a service appointment for later in the week and was surprised to find they had a serviceman in the area that could come right over. He showed me what to keep an eye on and was very professional, efficient & friendly. They price was very fair too. I would definitely recommend Parsons and will absolutely use them again.
