Party City, Houston TX

QUESTION? Why must your guest shop in the dark? I just went in to get items for a party around 7 and the light are off but at the same time it's a store full of customers and it's a line so my guest is someone just turned the lights off. I was about to turn around because I thought the store was closing but the time on the door reads 9. That's not good service just wait to the store close if it's a power outage my bad but I doubt it because all the other stores have lights.

Congratulations & Well Wishes expressed to all. Party in a box, bag, bow, or basket. Party City online, curbside, or in store. They all ways bring the party. Get more associates in the stores. They are trying to make it the most magical for others.

Total rip off on the ballon end. A pick of ballon is only $2.99, but yet it’s $1.97 to blow each regular size balloon with helium. Corporate needs to do something about this.

I love party city but I just wish they would do more sales and bring down the prices on the wigs! Please make the wigs cheaper?

Too expensive and the balloons don't last. Dollar tree balloons last for a month or more. Theirs didn't even last a day. Very disappointing.would not recommend.

Ok so this was my first time in party city that I can remember. The customer service representative was wonderful and very knowledgeable on her store. The store was amazing! Found what I wanted quick and with ease after I asked about its location. All in all it was great! Btw I just went in to get little stamps!

The attention is terrible I went to buy a costume and it will take a long time, do not worry about attending the client

I bought a Banner that I purchased online and The white Lady was Very racist and Rude she made me pay again.

I bought some Kisses Chocolates for my niece and when we got home the chocolate had a worm! This is really disgusting! I WILL NEVER BUY CANDY’S FROM HERE!

You can find all your party supply needs at this store. They have a lot of birthday party themes for kids. There is one whole aisle full of candies. We shop here for most of our parties. The prices are little higher than some web shopping sites but a store is always convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. The store location is not very nice and I am happy that they are moving soon to Eldridge.

They are moving locations so some items were not in stock.however, the employee was very helpful in trying to help me locate what I needed at another location, saving me unfruitful trips.

Great experience shopping at location 2525 S Texas 6. Nice clean store, found everything I was looking for and very helpful staff.

Couldn't find the balloons we wanted. So we picked a random balloon and had to come back twice before we were given a new balloon bcuz the other had a slow leak. NO ONE APOLOGIZED!

I think their customer service lacks professionalism and friendliness. Two guys that work the balloon section are not helpful or friendly. Needless to say I won't be back, I'll take my business to another location.

Very organized and helpful staff. I learned something new about making my balloons last 24 hours.

There were only two staff members. Took forever to check out granted there seemed to be a dispute between the staff and a customer.

Almost all the party stuff I needed in this location except, my small Thanksgiving balloons. But, the customer service is good. They have handicap parking for individuals who may need it.
