Pretty organized and plenty of options for costumes however one of the workers were very unhelpful had to go to front to get someone to help us.

Brenda is the absolute sweetest and friendliest Party City staff member I've had the pleasure of being helped by. I've recently visited 3 other Party Cities in the area and felt underwhelmed by the lack of merchandise selection and helpfulness from the staff but this location on Hwy 6 has everything down. I will definitely by back soon and tell my friends and family to visit this location from now on.

Always go there for birthday party's or any event you will be celebrating and need great decorations. Pick up some candy while you are there to.

The Halloween costume system here is definitely working for them! The coupons online are also an added bonus. Keep up the good work Party City.

Got this lovely Maleficent costume. Difficult to find an employee to help get the costume, though.

Have all your party needs and great customer service. I was able to find all the big dice that I needed!

I waa looking for the elephant theam for a girl but it was only available online. One of the store crew went beyond her way to look in the back to see if someone had return any items from online that would match my theam and she found a couple of items but it wasnt what I was looking for but I really did appreciate her help

DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION. Very unpleasant customer service. The gentleman in charge of closing the store was highly impatient and did not allow me to asking a question and walked away on me.

Service was ok went to look saw one employee on the floor looking for Birthday Bag for a boy didn't see one that I like

Organized and great variety of birthday themes and decor here. My only problem is the wait for checking out. They cant seem to get another register opened.

At the time to our visit we couldn't find what we were for sure could find anywhere else.a bit sad.we drove from far.but overall it's alright.it's clean thought!

Always a great deal on every item. It is more than a dollar store. A fabulous family owns the store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I wish this store many many years of success.

They have a good selection of products and fill balloons on the spot, but they only have 1 person working the register. I've been a couple times within the past month or so, it can easily take 20 mins just to check out.

Had bought and preordered balloons from here a week before graduation, came to get them mid week and on that weekend i brought them back to be inflated but they wanted to charge per balloon (25 balloons) for inflation wow what a rip off!

I had to stand in line for 10 minutes it was hot and unpleasant they only had 2 people working the counter

How in the world can you have a selection of over 300 balloons and be out of HELIUM! Totally unacceptable! Just ridiculous!

Really poor service. Not only they were out of letters to customize the balloons, but to get them inflated was the worse service ever.

It was horrible in there today. Waited in line for 30 minutes bcuz they only had 3 cashiers. It's New Year's Eve they should have been prepared for the crowd. There were ALOT of people in that store, all frustrated. Management should have done better

This place is awesome they very nice and they helped blow up balloons that I bought online no store here in the area Hw6 would do them for me.

Out of helium? How? I mean that makes no sense. How can a whole party city, that sells party balloons be out of helium. Well the cashier was very unpleasant and unfriendly. I was picking up an online order, she didn't give me all my stuff and then just dropped it and had me pick it up with all the other stuff in hand. Not really a location i will be returning to.
