Wow! I am really impressed and grateful for a team member named Tabi. She helped me with a balloon order and went above and beyond. She was kind, helpful and provided great customer service.

Came in at the last minute with a return and purchase. KATELYNN helped me tremendously. Very friendly and she expedited my transaction

This place is awesome. One stop shop for any event. Lots of option for themes. Priced a little on the high end but makes up in convenience.

Will drive further to not go to this location. Asked for 3 things, 2 were out. Girl at counter barely grunted at me, made zero effort to help me. Store is a mess.

Was looking for a monkey costume they showed online. They had almost no costumes, and this was 3 weeks before Halloween.

Found exactly what we were looking for.a magician hat, wand, cape and red sparkle bow. And at a decent price.oh and hand full of chocolate coins were only 50¢

Still had a good amount of Halloween costumes for all those last minute shoppers. Expensive as all get out, but I guess that's everywhere

This is our go to shop for any festivities within family. Birthdays, graduation and for any celebration, this is the place. Staff are nice and now that the normal business has started commence after pandemic, stocks are increasing. The whole atmosphere of the shop is very homely.

Horrible experience with balloons, one popped and the other are getting smaller and Falling, we bought them yesterday afternoon, spent 35 dollars on them and they looked horrible.
Update: we call the store and they offer us to fix them which they did, we got on time for the birthday. Thanks to Matt who was very kind.

The service was horrible. I understand it gets busy at times. I understand even being short handed. I don't know if this is even the case since I saw 5 ppl behind the counter. I was in line over 5 minutes and not once was I nor the other guests acknowledged. I had to call the store, asked for the supervisor, to tell them I had been standing in line over 5 minutes to find out he was one of the ppl that walked from behind the counter right in front of me and said nothing. In customer service at least let the guest know you see us. All someone had to say was Hi, someone will be with you shortly. We didn't even get that. So after I called, the supervisor that answered the happened to be standing right in front of me. I told them I was there to pick up an order that had been sitting on the counter the entire time. I was there 15 minutes.m for something that could have taken 2.

Love this place, they super friendly. They welcome you every time. Best staff in the whole wide world.

I love our Party City! It's organized and always comes through with something that will work for our occasion.

I went to party city to get a sign I saw on Pinterest and I was able to find it easily. I purchased some balloons too, which, I ended up attaching to the sign. I also found a “security vest” that the birthday person used. At the store, there was only one lady up front who kindly helped me when I picked the balloons. I had to wait a bit for the balloons and noticed that the line to pay got long rather quickly. Luckily, I was check out and I was able to leave after the other lady inflated the balloons. Overall good experience but they might need to have more people helping up front and maybe around too.

They have so many ideas and thongs to completely plan a party! Well organised and definitely easy to navigate. A little pricier than other stores but definitely eliminates the guess work of organising any type of party.

They need more help waited almost an hour for balloons ended up getting my money back and leaving empty handed.

I know it was a day before Halloween but nobody acknowledged me and the buy online pickup in store register.when I say nobody acknowledged me, I mean I was standing there and nobody even made eye contact or said hello or ask me what I needed. Stood there for about 10 minutes. Otherwise would have given it four stars.

Got holiday/birthday balloons. Because I wanted to make sure that I got balloons mostly for the holiday I made necessary calls to this one closest to the party or others in passing on my way. Every party city had consistent answers. Not one place had a different or couldn’t answer a question. That means a lot when it comes to companies that I’ll go to again. Every employee at this location and others that I talk to in store and on phone we’re patient and polite.

Great experience. My daughter ordered online in the Woodlands and I was able to take delivery in the parking lot in Cypress. Awesome service on her wedding day!
