Party City, Denton TX

I stopped in at 11: 30 a.m. On Sunday because No one else was open right there for a gift bag. The price was not bad I got a giant bag and a card and some other birthday stuff real quick and easy and the staff were really nice.

Scrumdiddlyumptious! This blueburger was just right for my blue skin! I'm a Smurf you know, in the number one place that all Smurfs go is party City! We order the SmurfnStyle meal which is amazing! Comes with a blue burger with blue cheese, in a few blue onions! Best place ever

I give the 3 Stars because in the entire Store they do not have a Single Toy Sword that I was looking for

Awesome Party City.
Wife needed Halloween costume and they had her star wars costume and candy for her job, my job and home.
All in 10 minutes, in and out

Not a clean store, stuff was everywhere, said item was in stock ln store when we looked online. It wasn't

I buy a dozen of the balloons with hello and the another day are empty! I'm very disappointed.

The employees exchange items behind the counter. When i got home i realized i got different color balloons that i had originally picked. I wanted a navy blue and metallic gray (silver like) theme. They gave me just regular grey.
This people ruined my theme. Will not be back.

I've frequented this location. The staff are friendly. As most party cities go they don't always have everything I need at one location. But the staff is still willing to help me find what I'm looking for at other stores.

I used to go here every year for my son’s birthday. For 3 or 4 years I was always helped by Elena. The last time I went here I was told she no longer worked there. Getting my balloons that year was terrible. I decided to give it another shot this year and I was once again disappointed. Seems like since she left the store went downhill. Especially in customer service. They need to bring her back, I’m sure I wasn’t the only customer they lost since her departure.

Place is alright, low on supplies. Went I. For birthday party invitations and they don't carry them any more. How are you a party supply store and don't carry invitations?

Slim pickings now a days but overall they still have more than most. Staff is very helpful and the even though the selection is scarce the cost was still reasonable and not much price gouging here so we will be back for sure! 4 stars due to lack of inventory but I know this has nothing to do with them.keep up the great work!

Didn't find what I was looking for but I'll be back for something else in the future
