Expensive, poor variety, waited 1.5 hours to get a set of balloons with Helium that didn't last for one night.

What a disaster! I don’t know who designed the new layout, but all looks so disorganized, out of place, hardly to find stuff like before. Sadly, such a mess.

Love the new renovation. Looks great. I couldn't image having to work all that freight and run a store at the same time before Halloween! But my latest visit the manager Melissa made it great. Her positivity and good attitude were toxic! (That's a good thing) I ended buying more than what I came for, and I'm sure that had something to do with the good vibes and good experience I had.

Not available items I wanted. Too high on prices for Halloween items even tho available at all other stores for much cheaper. Too crowded not much room to shop in aisles.

Worst customer service ever! Out of helium gas on Saturday, I made some comment because I couldn't understand about they were out of helium gas. All employees were rolling their eyes and when I was ready to check out, Aaron (sales clerk) treated me like piece of S***. Disgusting manner towards customer. I left store without any purchasing. No customer services, No manner. I am sure they wouldn't treat me if I didn't have an accent.

Only place around to get bday and special occasion helium balloons unless you do it yourself. Balloons are always quality and the staff is pretty helpful. They have a really good selection of party supplies but Walmart is cheaper if you can find something but party city is much better selection and quality.

Went to quickly get a few things for our daughter’s birthday party and the store was clean And well organized. Customer service was stellar! I asked for help finding something and the young lady walked me to the isle. The young man filling our balloons was so polite and quickly helped us. Great experience. We’ll be returning to this location.

I shop here more recently because of the renovation, and everytime I come in its the same thing. One worker gives excellent customer service and the others just go about their day. I think her name is Annie. She always greets and is extremely helpful. The last time she helped me she was almost persistent on making sure everything with my balloons were ok.

I bought 17 helium balloons yesterday.
I just left the store 2 burst. But I didn’t complain, in the morning I wake up my daughter in tears, all the balls fell. From other stores they lasted a week

A big empty store. Found nothing that J was looking for. They only had a few popular items stocked in a messy way. Back of the aisle had boxes idly sitting while walking was difficult. I had to order online. Their online service is great. Prompt and fast delivery. The products were in good shape too. Buy online. Store is broke.

Customer service was so disappointing. Treated me as if I was bothering them as they talked amoung themselves as I waited to be helped with my balloon order. If this wasn't the most convenient location I would have left.

Ordered some balloons for my best friends baby shower and it was a few simple latex balloons along with the foiled. They cancelled the entire order due to only a few items being out of stock thirty-minutes before pick-up. When I arrived I had to pick out an entire new order of balloons and wait to have them filled up over the course of 1 HOUR. They were just kids so I'm sure it is just poor management on that end. My mother had issues with them in the past on her balloon orders which took hours to complete as well.

Complete garbage ahead of Halloween, which is the bread and butter revenue season for this store. I ordered a few costumes online, got a text to come pick them up but several minutes later got an email saying the most important item was out of stock after already paying and getting in the car. I waited in the car for 15 minutes for curbside and ended up going inside to meet with staff that gave me a blank stare. Why do you have a curbside app with check in but your people don’t know how to use it? Get the proper staff to run this business or shut it down.

Expect to be ripped off. This was the worst customer experience ever. I picked out several costumes today. When I went to pay, I got a surprise. Not only was the register price showing up at 30% more than the marked price, but when I told them the prices were incorrect, they argued with me that the computer system was right. When I told them I expected them to honor the price that they showed advertised on the floor, the cashier had the audacity to tell me I was getting rowdy and did nothing. I absolutely was not yelling, just firm. Another lady came to help and told me the price showing in the system was what it was. They then told me it was common practice for them to just put stuff up on the floor, without updating any prices, because they were so busy. I was shocked, but purchased the items under duress.

I just now checked party city online, and lo and behold, their prices for these items were actually cheaper than the register’s price in store. So, the price marked on the floor rack was actually correct And the price I should have been charged to begin with. Clueless, untrained employees were rude, argumentative and WRONG. Seriously, how hard could it be to verify your own store’s pricing? I will be returning the items tomorrow and not shopping here again.

Terrible customer service! I entered the store at 10: 30 I did not leave the store till 11: 00 am. I’m so frustrated and upset. I entered the store and was the only person in line. I purchased my balloons and all that needed to be done was for someone to inflate them. I patiently waited and allowed the person that checked me out tend to the customer that entered the line since she had a few items. Soon after more and more people gather and instead of attending to me she checked EVERY SINGLE PERSON out.it would’ve taken no more than 5 minutes to do my balloons. When she finally did it, I received no apology for the wait. Not even a “ have a good day”. Frankly, I’ll never return to this terrible location. Not sure what the policy is but I’ve never heard of a store disregarding a customer and servicing other customers that came after. First come first serve!
