Party City reviews
19 Half of the sign outside is missing. The inside of the store is filthy and a complete train wreck. I understand they are understaffed and getting ready for Halloween, however the boxes were piled, not stacked in the aisles, to where there was very little room to walk single file in the majority of the aisles and most of them only had one opening to get in or out of the aisle you wanted to go down. It was very unsafe.
What I was looking for was supposedly available according to the website, but couldn't be found anywhere by myself or an employee. The item I was looking for was not Halloween related either.
The store has a good variety of party supplies and Halloween decore and costumes. However, the store is disorganized few products align with their actual price. The customer service is awesome, they even price match.
We had the best customer service from Flavia! She was extremely helpful by phone with locating a very popular Halloween Animatronic that we desperately wanted for our yard display. She went above and beyond to help which was truly appreciated. When we arrived at the store to pick up, Flavia, Greg and Tom helped us with our purchase. Thank you so much and I hope they get recognized for their superb customer service and friendliness!
Staff was super helpful. The variety of themed wrapping paper ane gifts was better than Walmart and Target combined!
We could not get Paw Patrol themed banners there, however there were other paw patrol themed stuffs for the party. Items were costlier than regular shops. Helpful and friendly staff.
Customer service was phenomenal! Unfortunately, variety of what I was looking for that was in stock was limited. I expected there to be more variety and there wasn't.
I tried to return items I purchased for a graduation party that I ended up not using. I purchased on 6.3.2022 and attempted to return on 6.5.2022 because these items were considered holiday (?) and could not be returned seven days after the holiday. 100% ridiculous!
FYI after you buy and get the balloons blown up they charge you a dollar for a plastic bag to protect the balloons.
Store is only 50 percent stocked up.might be related to global supply chain issue? Glad we got what we need
Looks like it's going out of business. I didn't see any employees when I walked around and it just didn't feel like a store. I honestly don't even know if I was supposed to be in there and don't know if they were actually open for business.
Thank you Party City, you are the only place we could find chocolate coins in stock! And great service!
As with all stores these days in Austin, pretty picked over, but the staff did their best to find what I needed for my company Christmas party. I'm very satisfied and a happy customer.
Party City is a decent store, enjoy the selection of products usually offered. But this store is over priced! For 3 Paw Patrol branded items, I feel in my opinion shouldn’t have cost $35+. Oh it was wrapping paper, a piñata and a
The girls helped piece together my idea very well into a balloon bouquet! Which was loved keep up the great service!
It was great except the cashier argued with me that my change for paying a 129.88 bill with 130$ was 1.42? I tired to argue but gave up! So shes gonna be a little short this evening.
Hate everything about this location. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. Watched a lady walk up and ask for help only to be spoken to in a condescending tone, not to mention the employee never even lifted his head to acknowledge her. He was too busy having a "riveting" conversation with the pink haired co-worker to care. The lady turned around looking so shocked and defeated. I honestly think she wanted to get mad but was so dumbfounded by their disrespect that she just turned away. I walked out and placed my order somewhere else because I'm not that calm and surely would've snapped on them. I refuse to shop here and hope they close down so all these employees who clearly don't care about having a job can just be unemployed. In these times there are so many options about where to work, so don't accept a job requiring you to interact with people if you don't want to interact with people. Employees better be careful how they talk to customers because everybody ain't gonna just walk away. I'm everybody.
Michael and Rachel were very helpful and professional despite having a line going around the store. I would love to have these 2 individuals on my team when it comes to customer service. Job well done
The place to go for party supplies. Variety of choices for tableware, buffet items, decorations, balloons, cake needs and more
