Party City reviews
8Bought a cowboy hat for Harry styles concert and as soon as I removed the price tag sticker, it ruined the hat and removed part of the pattern. They won’t let me return or exchange it. Cheap.
Erin was great help. I came in 30 mins before close to get 900 rolled silverware and Erin got me what I needed right before they closed. Staff is great and very nice.
I just left Party City of research. I had about 500 worth of Teacher Appreciation and Birthday stuff. There was one lady working the register. A couple shopped at the register for 30 minutes picking out 12 balloons. It was workers standing around and the line was loooonnnngggg! So the person behind me and myself left. They probably lost 500.00 because they can’t work a register! Sad
Wouldn't recommend go to any other other but this one. One of the female worker MADE us pick up a smaller than pinky size piece of lollipop that fell out of my son's mouth when I wasn't looking of course i would have picked it up if i had saw it but it fell under the shelf and was barely reachable, she quickly rushed to tell me then decided to tell the whole crew in the the headsets if somebody could "bring us a napkin" as if we asked for it or something. Looked EVERY racist don't know how people like this still have a job. Or why they take their job to this extent. Yikes! We were more than happy to spend our money at dollar tree next door instead of spending it at a place that doesn't appreciate costumers.
Staff is friendly, helpful, and FUN! Thank you thank you thank you! Whomever said y'all had bad customer service was clearly just miserable because their party was gonna suck anyway.
I went at 6: 15pm to get a simple balloon order for the next day. I waited to be serviced while one person worked the register and also blew up balloons. Ridiculous! Then after I was given my balloon order, I added “hi-float” to my order of latex and one mylar. Only to wake up to deflated balloons after wasting $35! Never again will I spend money at this establishment. A simple apology and refund would have sufficed! Hell, even empathy which is lacking, aside from the poor customer service in store and via phone. All around horrible experience! I see why people now have switched to Amazon and a Balloon lady.
I travel all the way from Pflugerville to this location because the store is usually always clean and I can get balloons last minute on occasion and the customer service is great
This happened at the Party City research location. I did a lot of purchases for my kiddos B'day and when my turn came for billing where they had just one person at the billing counter (man with long curly hair), he appeared to be getting frustrated when I tried to explain him about the Bday balloons I wanted to purchase. They have the balloons hung at the top and all customer can do is look at them and then let the billing person know by explaining the color shape etc.which one the customer wanted and that is exactly what I was trying to do but as I said the guy was visibly showing a frustrated appearance/demeanor. This is highly unprofessional attitude. It is the customer who makes any business successful so please train your employees to be nice to the customers and deal with them with patience and respect. Thank you.
