Party City, Richardson TX

I have been buying balloons, etc at Party City for over 20 years, and this experience has been the worst.
Fees for blowing up latex balloons, which I purchased there? A manager not being able to guarantee me of a refund from an online purchase?
I will go to $ Tree and Walmart from now on. UGH.

Not much variety on birthday candles if you're interested in gaulky and big ones. Even though it wasn't busy not one employee came to assist.

I bought a party tray for Thanksgiving and it cracked en route to the party in my car. I came back and asked for a replacement and they were more than happy to do it. Amazing customer service!

I think they need a little more help, long line but other than that lots of inventory and lots to choose from

Lots of choices! The staff are super friendly and we didnt have wait very long to get the kids' custumes. They are a bit pricey though. All around great trip.

Terrible experience at this location. I waited an hour for some latex balloons just to have them deflate by the time I actually needed to use them. Management was terrible too.

Excellent help with little wait, even on weekend before Halloween. Several employees walking around assisting with costumes, and every cash register was open.

All employees were at the balloon station, no one was on the floor to answer questions. Also to much stuff made it hard to get around in.

Rude staff. The manager was texting instead of stocking the shelves. Over 2 rows were completely empty. I'll never go back there again.

Thank you for providing us with the best service ever! The store associate and his manager went out of their ways to take care of our needs and made sure we left the store fully satisfied and happy. I have never experienced such exceptional service by a group of people who know how to take care of their customers.

Bought my 32 year old buddy some balloons for his birthday and I will say I was not disappointed

Too expensive not a store that's really needed you can buy everything elsewhere cheaper cat believe they are still in business

The worst Party City I've been to. We went there to buy balloons for New Year's. We were told that the balloons were 50% off the listed price. When we went to the checkout the manager was rude and refused to give us the 50% discount. After we bought the balloons, he walked over to the balloons and tore the price tag off.
There was a few employees at the checkout area but there were only two lanes open to checkout. The employees (including the manager) didn't care that others were waiting.

Good place to take a walk and check items. A bit pricey if compared to other stores like walmart etc. Mostly get stocked up during Halloween. Costume selection is plenty. Also features some great masks and other halloween stuffs for decoration. Birthday and other party balloons are also great. You can get 1 of your choice and they fill up the air for free. Good place to shop during halloween.

Scott and Dante are some of the best customer service people I've encountered in party city they need a raise helped me and about 20 other people at the same time the store owner needs to have more than 3 workes on a Friday

This place sucks, I'm never coming to Party City again, waited 20 minutes in line to checkout, on a saturday afternoon. They need more people working the registers and less blowing up balloons.

We asked them to leave tails on the balloon ribbons, they cut them off. Then they made the birthday balloons look like a male body part. This is not an anatomy lesson. We had to re do all the balloons before the party. Super unprofessional staff. One of them was inhaling the helium from the balloons behind the counter.

Terrible store, in line for 30 minutes for a balloon. Only 2 people are working and at least 15 p pile in line on a Friday at 1pm. So frustrating

They had everything I was looking for. Some of it cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Everything was organized. They had great customer service.

I was looking for Dallas Cowboys themed supplies for a Birthday Party & the lady brought right to where I can find the supplies.
She even suggested a few other things I can add that went great with my theme.
I've been to other places where they didn't even know where things were at.
They had to get assistance themselves just to help me.
Great store.
