Ive always hated party city, dirty, cheaply mad items and unstocked, not many employees as well.

Horrible. Store was VERY NASTY/DIRTY. ITEMS was everywhere. New store should not look like that.

They let us play and be kids. We found tons of props to act with. Their costume selection is amazing, and you just have to get in on the buy one get one half off! The workers were cool.

Took FOREVEEEEEEEEEER to blow up some balloons that didn’t even buy there. Thought I would be in & out Then, they want to charge me $8 PER BALLOON. Just to blow them up. & The balloons were deflated by the end of the night.

You literally can find any theme, color, or thing for a birthday or any type of party. Its a huge store and the ladies in the store super nice and friendly.

There's a lot of open items, like the invitation cards. Its really nice and has a lit of variety and colors of party favors. Good place to shop for decorarions. Kind of expensive, though.

I love all the choices you can pick from and how every color has it's own section so your guarantied to find what you need

Went there to find a item and found several, the manager Chris took the time out of busy day and came up with wonderful ideas for a party I️ was having. He have great customer service and good people skills, just ask for him and he will be gladly to assist you.

I went to exchange a costume that I ordered for my son. The costume was too big. They didn't have the size we needed but found a similar costume with the same price and fit my son perfect. The manager also found a coupon to use in store to save me the same I had saved online when I ordered. I am a pleased customer and my lil guy happy.

There were so many things to see.
I was looking for one thing and
found so much more.

Didn't have to go all the way to the galleria to the Disney store. All disney characters are at Party City

Never coming back here. Where are the employees? Finally found one & asked a simple question & she said I think on aisle 6. I asked another question and she completely ignored me. How do you not know? How do you not help me find what I need? Why are you working on customer service if you don't know how to help a freakin customer? When i stormed off another employee who magically appeared was sitting on the counter and on the phone and had the nerve to ask me did I find everything ok. Hell no!

Valerie and Deja really took care of me with my last min Super Bowl balloons thanks ladies keep up the good work
