Party City, Katy TX

Ordered latex balloons for my daughter's sweet 16. Got to the store and was informed that they lost them. The lady looked and found a couple of left overs and added a couple happy birthday balloons to complete the pack. I appreciate her effort but not the same as the one we bought. It is missing colors and not sure if it will look nice with our decorations.

I've only been to this location once and it was a pleasant experience. They had everything I needed. The store was clean and organized. Great prices and the perfect store for all your party needs!

The three guys at the balloon station we're super helpful. It was at 5pm on May 29. I will definitely be back for all my party needs. Keep up the great work.

Poor customer service. Cashier did not say one word to me and appeared to be annoyed by my presence.

Went to party city today to prep for drive through graduation, due to unforeseen school shutdowns. Despite the store being closed, except for curbside. Robert an employee at this location was very kind and helpful with placing my order. Even though the store was closing soon, he looked out for my order and brought it out very quickly to me. Great location, Great employee, awesome experience!

They have a great variety of fun items and are convenient. I placed an order online for pickup at the store and it took them a while to actually find it even though I had been notified several hours earlier that it was ready.

Would have given 5 stars but there were not enough cashiers. We found the cutest cupcake designs though.

I went for a candy run to supply forma trade show. They had exactly what I needed.including little candy bags. I'm giving them a 3 star because their register was messed up and it took them an extra 5 minutes to set up. To top this off, the staff was not very caring about presenting a good face for Party City.

All the employees were in such a great mood, smiling and cracking each other up, while maintaining a professional (just not way too formal) atmosphere-it is PARTY City you know! They were knowledgeable on product location and quick and happy to help!

Took my keds here for halloween costomes even thou its May and theiy puut on a Scaary maSke and i shet my self the managere picked it up but i blamede it on thie cashiar?

I was able to find just about everything I needed for my Stock the Bar housewarming. The customer service is excellent at front desk and on the floor. Wish I had gone here first for affordable party supplies.

Good experience here. Went in for birthday balloons. Decised to get a few plastic serving dishes. Dishes were displayed as. 99 but register rung up 2.99. Cashier was very nice and honored the prices plus apology. Thank you for the gr8 customer service party city.

Horrible customer service. Wish i could give them a 0. All kids working there and seem to hate their job. I spent $55 on balloons for a bridal shower, and got no help. They sent me to wrong isles, when I specifically told them what I wanted. They didn't even bother to show me exactly where anything was. I was basically going in circles. Then the whole time I had been waiting, I get up to the front for them to blow up my balloons and they tell me someone was in front of me with like 20 balloons. I needed these balloons, because I was on a time crunch, but I will never come back here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Buy 6 strobe lights and a fogger machine. 4 of the light where defective out of the box and after replacement 3 of the 6 where no longer working after the first day of use.

I understand is seasonal things. But Party City is not cheap they should watch out th quality of their products.
