Party With Lushra, Carrollton TX

This is my new go to balloon place and I’m telling everyone about it! Placed my order and picked it up without any hassle I got a beautiful 10’ muted gender reveal garland pre made and even tho on the day of the event it was super windy my balloons didn’t budge or pop and held through the whole day! Will be using this place again for my baby shower and so many other occasions!

Let me just start by saying I absolutely LOVE Lushra! I have shown up several times for last minute balloons, and the girls are always always always SO nice, SO helpful, and they help bring whatever vision I have to life. Every time I use balloons from Lushra for whatever i am celebrating, they are a complete hit and I get a ton of compliments. Would recommend 10000% for all of your party needs.

We’ve ordered multiple balloon garland kits over the year from Lushra and the selection is always great, the pre-recorded “how to” videos were helpful, and the balloon garland kit was a hit.

I had a smooth and easy experience with Lushra! I was even able to repurpose the balloon arch for a second event the following week and it looked as good as the day they delivered it. Well worth the money, especially with the very reasonable delivery charges!

Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Save your time, money and sanity… go somewhere else for full service balloon vendor.

Contracted with Lushra for a corporate event. Communication received from my contact was lacking and I had to spend more time than necessary chasing them down….

Biggest issue was the day of delivery/install/event.

They assumed/decided to show 2.5 hours AFTER agreed time was appropriate and tried to tell me that because actual event start time was 3 hours later than the agreed time and more convenient, they didn’t need to be there so early and because they completed installation before the event started, the didn’t do anything wrong….

There was flexibility built into my schedule but they didn’t check or communicate their plan with me. Super stressful…and unnecessary.

Lastly, they were 1.5 hours late to pick up their pieces at the hotel/venue and expected me to hang around until their team could get there.

If your time and money is valuable to you I might suggest working with a company who values YOUR time.

I was offered a 15% discount the next time I use them…but no refund (partial or otherwise) for my trouble.
