I always feel cared for and attended to. The appointments are short, but it is nice because you are in and out quickly! If you are facing a mental health diagnosis, I recommend RBI!

I have been a client there for over 3 years and all of the sudden there is a "Conflict" called me to cancel 15 minutes before the appointment and to tell me "its ok, I found you a new therapist. " What I'm all of the sudden not a client? They are fast to charge my card for the visit though. I have seen 3 different Dr's there and keep getting moved, I suggest find someone that cares.

I used to think he was a doctor who truly cared. After my employer would not agree to medications he had me on in my line of employment he left me hanging out to dry. As a result I most likely will be unemployed and homeless and have wasted hundred of dollars by seeing this man. I would advise you to find someone else. After his partner quit it’s like he quit caring about his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rabjohn for 8 years now. I cannot recommend him enough. He and his staff are very efficient and great at what they do. Dr. Rabjohn has genuinely helped to change my life. He has helped me cope with so many different situations and if he cannot help personally, he will recommend someone who can.

***Egotistical***
Referred to Dr. Rabjohn after a "colleague"/friend of his suddenly lost his license to practice (Dr. Parikh). Dr. Parikh obviously did not report off to him anything regarding my current situation NOR did Dr. Rabjohn take the time to get a handoff from him which is kind of recipe for disaster in the medical world. It's a complicated situation because Dr. P may or may not have fraudulently been "seeing" me (outcome of his disciplinary action TBD, while my complaint to medical board is being investigated) though he had only truly seen me once. We'll see. Dr. Parikh's license was suspended the day after I talked to Rabjohn.

Dr. Rabjohn was super rude and threatening in a voicemail left, didn't take the time to listen. Hasn't responded to me since then. I'm not worried though, karma is real- it'll catch you. Ask your friend.

Full Disclosure- I had seen Rabjohn in the past, and when I was an established paying customer, he was great. I just don't appreciate the arrogance he is displaying currently. He seems power-hungry.

Dr. Rabjohn's knowledge of psychiatric medicine and treatments is unparalleled in the North Texas area. That being said, as with any doctor, you have to be upfront and honest during each visit, and in between, and even though you're not the expert in psychiatric medicine, your are the expert on how your mind and body are behaving. This part of the review goes out to the people maybe too nervous to make your opinion heard. Never be afraid to have an opinion and stick to it. If you don't feel the current treatments are working, communicate that so adjustments can be made. Dr Rabjohn is excellent in this regard. He listens to what I have to say and if he feels an adjustment can be made to improve my treatment, he always suggests it, but also asks for my opinion. This is the best psychiatrist I've ever had, and I'm glad I finally found this place

Office staff is generally incompetent, ignorant, and incapable of serving the mental health community. Unfortunately, Mental health crisis and your personal well-being mean nothing to them. People die everyday as a result of this type of "care". Put your life in the hands of another office.

I have worked with Dr Davis and Dr Redd! Both have been excellent! They both listed and treated me with respect. This is not easy to find among psychiatrists. I have MS related depression in remission thanks to their skill.

Dr. Davis is awesome. I had a bad experience at another office that left me discouraged and also very hesitant to seek help for my anxiety and adhd. Im glad i did go to see her and will be following up soon. I recommend her to anyone expressing that they are seeking treatment. She listened to all my concerns and took the time to have an open dialogue about my diagnoses. Dont be discouraged about having to leave a voicemail for questions or appointments. They will call you back promptly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rabjohn's for several years now, and I can honestly say he is incredibly knowledgeable and always demonstrates an appropriate level of compassion, honesty, and diligence in his work. His office staff is always helpful and return calls quickly.

Dr. Rabjohn is wonderful! He is the first doctor I've had that listens to me and doesn't over medicate. His staff is always kind and professional. Anytime I have a concern or need medication, I can call and it is taken care of the same day. I would highly recommend RBI.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Rabjohn and Dr. Davis since December 2016. They have worked with me and my husband on getting him the proper medication for his symptoms and changing his meds as he improves. I think very highly of the doctors there and there staff. The staff has always been polite and professional to us. I have left messages with the staff on many occasions to talk with Dr. Davis and on medication refills due to changes in the medication. I have always received a polite call back the same day from the office or the doctor.
Note: The office does not file insurance for you, they do not refill medication from a fax from a pharmacy, (enough medication is given till the next appointment) and they adhere strictly to their appointment times. If you can go by their policies, I think you will love RBI as we do! They have been a blessing to my family and would highly recommend them!

Dr. Rabjohn was the only Dr. I saw that could finally help me. I thank him so much for getting to where I am today, as prior to I was in horrible shape. I am now on a maintenance program and feeling much better. His staff Lauren and Kim are terrific, friendly, and always a big help in a very timely manner.
I highly recommend Dr. Rabjohn and his staff.

Visited various psychiatrists over the years. I never met a doctor in this field that truly cared until I started coming here. Dr. Rabjohn is the best in the area.

Dr. Rabjohn and his entire team are simply amazing. I have been a patient of his since early 2015 after the death of my brother. Since then, he has helped me through so much and I'm not sure what I would have done without him. My husband, daughter, step-daughter and many, many friends are also patients and I've NEVER heard a single negative thing come from anyone's mouth regarding he or his team. He is highly educated, incredibly intuitive, empathetic, realistic, proposes tools that can be used between appointments to help through day to day life and is always available in time of need. I'm very thankful for everyone at RBI!

Have seen Dr. Rabjohn for 3 years now, I feel he is a Good Dr.but with the new staff change it is terrible. He released me from his treatment after his staff MGR Kim did not relate the correct information to him. I ran out of medication 8 days early as this was because I had to take more of a 15mg tablet because walgreens couldn't get me the30s for a week.so he did tell me, double up on the 15s if this happens. I was following his orders. That said It caused me to run out of my meds, KIm would not book a appt until 2 weeks later and gave me no alternative but to send my Husband there to explain what happened. I was getting frustrated as anyone I believe in my situation would. I NEEDED my medicine I have been on for over 30 years. I have major depressive disorder and severe anxiety, What did he expect from a mentally ill patient not to become anxious over this. I do not drive so my husband who is the most calm person on this earth went in to explain what happened he brought my meds in to show & explain exactly what happened. He never become uptight when he was there. Dr Rabjohn gave Kim 2 scripts for my Meds Dr. Rabjohn would not give him2 minutes of time. He gave Me more than I actually needed until my next appointment. I thought that was odd. 2 days later I received the most unprofessional letter from him releasing me from his care. I guess he never really cared about me, he gave up 3 years of working with me for a office MGR's complaints from me calling and being rude, They are very rude. Lauren and Christine were always very helpful to me. It's so sad that this had thrown me into my dark place again as I have trouble with trusting. Dr Rabjohn I had just began to trust thoroughly and he did this. I am really hurt and upset. How does a Dr that treats a Mentally Ill patient let You go for something that is part of their disorder. I would think he would bring it up and work with me in the next visit. Oh well I guess I have no other choice but to move on but I do not know how I will learn to trust another Doctor, I guess its will takes years.

I was diagnosed with ADD as a child and have since had trouble focusing, not only in school, but even with life in general. Dr. Rabjohn is the most patient, soothing, kind, reaffirming, compassionate, understanding, and intuitive doctor I have ever met in my life - and I've met a lot of doctors. I've struggled with depression, anxiety, and insomnia predominately my entire life, but with Dr. Rabjohn I feel at peace because I know I am in an empath's hands. If you are struggling, I highly encourage you to make an appointment. I know the "no insurance" part may scare some off, but you can't put a price tag on your health and happiness.

After years of seeing different people who were no help to me, I found Dr. Rabjohn. He saved my life. I have so much to thank him for. Only the best here, and worth every penny.
