3 I've been rescheduled 4 times. I don't know if the service is good or not, but it's been a month since they said service would be connected.
Edit: It’s been connected and working well.
Super service and every person I've come in contact with or spoken to have been friendly and helpful. Best internet service I've had hands down.
We are so happy that we made the switch to Pathway! The technicians came out and were extremely polite and professional. They did the installation quickly and made sure to answer all of our questions. We had an issue with two of our older laptops not connecting, but I called and spoke with Jessica and she was awesome! She was very patient and took the time to figure out the issue and get everything fixed up. Good help is rare these days and so we are very thankful that we switched to this company!
