Patients Emergency Room, Baytown TX

I believed before this visit that they exhibited excellent customer service. The front desk did excellent as usual. I brought my daughter a young black woman here and my oh my did that change my perception! Rough and dismissive were the male nurse. Very loud and brute was the Ex ray tech. Verses when I brought my husband here. The male nurse who we later got today was and is excellent. His name starts with a M. The doctor was fantastic in both visits. Good luck getting to them!

This is the best Urgent care I have ever been too! I was in and out in 20 minutes. The doctor was very caring and helpful. Very nice clean lobby. Can’t recommend it enough!

Is so great to have a ER like Patients here in Baytown. I especially appreciate the RN Penny for her hospitality

If you need emergency room care and don’t want to sit for hours at the hospital, go to Patients ER. It’s the best. The staff is super. The care is exceptional. And they have a snack bar that’s amazing!

We have never felt more welcome into an ER! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They all was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When the Dr.made his rounds he actually talked to his patients not at them! It was a refreshing experience and we highly recommend them! The whole entire staff is absolutely fantastic!

Great care & staff for emergency best place to go. They were so helpful today. Didn't have to see the dr. But the staff was so helpful with what I needed for my grandson. I have been going here for emergency & always got the best care.

Always a extremely long wait! I got here at 9 the very first patient and now it’s 10 o’clock and the doctor is not in yet

Service was fantastic. I appreciate that I was given a heads up about the wait. Either way it wasn't that long and the staff was absolutely AMAZING!

Took my elderly mother in to patients because of dizziness and chest pain. The lady at desk was very rude and argued over insurance before asking what was wrong. We left went to neighbors and got right in.

Been here a couple times now (unfortunately) and both times I have been extremely pleased. The accommodations are top notch and everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and great with kids. Highly recommend.

Patients is the best! Myself and my husband both have been treated there at different times and we were treated like family. The staff there is very caring from the front desk to the doctor. They get you in quick and out fast. I highly recommend this urgent care

We took our sick 5 year-old here in the middle of the night. Not only did fhe doctor help us and listen to us but the nursing staff was so kind and respectful to his special needs! Excellent care.
